"we were riding home in the dark, when something jumped across the trail. i got spooked and reared. richard fell off and hit his head. i think he is hurt. its all my fault." cara cried

Val sighed "emilys inside a sleep. I dknt know how to wake her." she said

"i know a little trick. do you know which window is to her room?"

cara walked over to the window val pointed out and started tapping it with her nose.
