"Oddly, it's not as uncommon to find these creations in the forms of bodyguards, be they of the King's, Commander's, or the Heir's, they have maybe a few hundred statues of each. Nowhere near as uncommon as these two," She pointed to the ones of Ui-na and Illisa, "Since so few Cainids seem interested in them nowadays...." She trailed off, lost in thought about her life. Was it worth all the trouble, or was Seeing and trying to help others (when she wasn't conning them) more important than the bothers that the unsatisfied customers brought?
"I don't mean to bore you, sir, but there's another one I'd quiet like you to see..." She turned, but walked away from the table to one of the many shelves. Standing biped-ally for a moment, she struggled to move the heavy object. At last, though, she succeeded and moved around it to the area behind it. There was a dull scraping noise, and some grunts as Zukun ungracefully managed to heave the object off the ground, and then she staggered back into view. There was two statues, but this time they were not only a foot tall*. These two had to be at least a two and a half feet* tall, and she placed it carefully down by the table, then shuffled the other, smaller statues to the side.
"These two I found once in this old, abandoned shop in the middle of nowhere- I'm serious, whatever town had been destroyed, but there was a cave filled with instruments and graphs and information- all very, very old. These two were thrown rather haphazardly into a corner, covered with a strange object almost like this fabric that was in deplorable condition. They seemed to be older than the entire, archaic room itself, which had to be from at least 3300, though I'm no expert." She turned and picked up one, panting as she placed it on the table. The image depicted was rather unique, one that she had never seen before or since. The creation portrayed two winged Cainids, a third who seemed to be in the middle of a transition, and a fourth who was just standing there, aggressively. The two winged Cainids were, once again, Alphan and Satan. The two were facing one another, wings flaring and capturing an imaginary breeze. Their heads were bent low, almost like they were in discussion, but their fangs were bared and their faces and bodies were masses of rippling tension, even through the stone. Next to one, who appeared to be Alphan, was the Cainid going through a transition. Apparently the creator, having gone on the legend that the First King could become an Oxer or Cainid at will, had carved the stone into an interesting display. The first half of the Oxer was planted firmly, and atop it's head was a pair of antlers. The second half was Cainid, the tail in the position of lashing, the legs were up in the air, as if the beast was in the middle of leaping from a great height. The forth Cainid was normal- no wings, no Oxer, nothing- but stood firmly on the opposite side of the one who was presumably Satan. In place of it's eyes were set a pair of red, glistening stones which glittered in the light, almost like an Earth ruby. It stood tall and proud, a front paw raised in the act of slamming down in defiance.
"Quiet interesting, isn't it?"
((*This is just an estimation, I have no idea the actual heights they would have to be in proportion to be "small" in the eyes of the Cainid, but I think you get the idea XD))
