Ravenfrost nodded to Poppyfoot. She turned to her apprentice. "We are going training with Poppyfoot and Skypaw." she said.

Honeystar smiled at Shadestream.

Whitewaters ate a mouse in the clearing.

[Whistle.Concert]

Goldpaw nodded. "Sure thing.." He mewed, looking at Poppyfooty and Skypaw. He enjoyed training with the deputy and her apprentice.

Shadestream looked at Honeystar and smiled awkwardly back, before looking down at his food..A vole he had caught. Why did she keep smiling at him...Was it because his sister was the deputy?

Ravenfrost smiled, and stood up. She followed Poppyfoot and Skypaw to the entrance.

Honeystar sighed. She knew it. He would never love her. She got up, and padded towards her den.

Whitewaters watched Poppyfoot walk away.

[Whistle.Concert]

Goldpaw followed his mentor, walking beside Skypaw.

Shadestream looked up, and narrowed his eyes as he saw Whitewaters watching his sister.

Riverpaw sighed, and padded out of the apprentices den.

Whitewaters turned, and smiled at his apprentice.

Redgaze nudged Mintpaw again. "Come on!" he said.

[Whistle.Concert]

"I'm comingggg.." Mintpaw mewed, shaking her fur out. "I'm up..I'm up.."

Redgaze sniffed. "Good. Now hurry up. We need to get these before sun down." he said.

[Whistle.Concert]

"Yeah, ok." Mintpaw mewed, padding out of the medicine cat's den. She yawned again, before bounding off, a spring in her step, like always.

Redgaze rolled his eyes, and smiled. "Come on." he said.

Riverpaw watched the medicine cats leave. She glanced over at Honeystar's den, and then looked at Shadestream. "I wonder if he knows." she murmured to herself.

Mintpaw giggled, heading out into the forest.

Shadestream was still eating his vole, oblivious at to what was happening.
