|| "We are lost here, and left for dead..."

A school trip gone wrong; a few teenagers hoping to go on a forest learning/experience class, took an unfortunate turn when they lost control of the bus and it crashed. The bus driver was killed, and even though some of the teens are hurt, they are still alive. But they are miles, and miles into the deep, dark woods. They will have to know the basics of the woods, though it's a dog eat dog world out in the wild, and they're going to be put to the extremes.

Luka was sitting, almost in pain it seemed. He was by the bus, though not close enough to it, to be able to smell the smoke that was coming from it's broken engine. He hadn't had the strength to be able to go look for food or for water, and so he had been sitting under a tree. Soon though he pushed himself up, and he knew that he had a duty to go and find what he and the others needed to survive.

Sam didn't like this very much. The always strong-willed, and determined girl was now sitting, pressed up against one of the trees. She was by the bus, and even looking at it made her sick to the gut. She wondered what was going to happen to her and the others out here. She knew that their chances of survival were slim, and that made her nervous. Though she forced herself to keep a strong look on her face.

Bird blinked awake, finding herself in the middle of nowhere. All she had remembered was a loud bang as the engine went down as they were going down a hill. Then there was a crash somewhere in trees. Someone must have brought her away from the bus after it crashed to save her, but obviously the person ditched. Bird stretched, it was quite nice weather, even in the middle of a forest. Then Bird remembered, hoping her four-hundred dollar iPod was still alive. Bird dug her hand in her pocket, feeling the once smooth screen which was now cracked. Her head phones were jumbled up in the bottom of her skinny jeans pocket. Quickly, she dug both the iPod and headphones out, then attempted to turn on the iPod. Her eyes lit up as it turned on, with three quarters battery too. "Now, I will make progress finding the others." She murmured as she popped ehr head phones in, and then looked around for signs of other people her age. Bird saw a berry bush, she was starving, and jog over to it. The berries were raspberries so she ate almost all of them on the bush.

Dylan sighed as he walked towards Luka, but then stopped on his way there. "Gonna find some food, you can tag along if you want." He said as he looked at both of them. Dylan turned away and through the forest, remembering to keep going one way. He found a beryy bush, but he knew it was bird berries. He kept going, looking around for more food, or his friend Bird.

Luka nodded, he wanted to come along, there wasn't much else that he could do around here, what else could be done but try and help him, Dylan, and Sam to the best that could be done? Then there was always the fact that Bird was missing, he didn't know what had ever happened to get her separated from him and the others, though now he knew that he and the others would have to get her back. He began to pick some berries when he and Dylan came to a bush. He saw Dylan walk on, and he knew that he was trying to find Bird.

Sam stayed back, and decided that she would start to try and work on a fire while the others were out searching for food or whatever it was that they were doing. She began to gather some wood, not a lot, though just some tree branches and dry grass. As long as it wasn't wet, and began to make a make-shift fire-bed. Then she knew that she would have to look around for something, like some flint, or some tree branches, to begin the fire.

Bird left the bush, then kept along jogging. She stopped at a sound but, it was just a deer passing. She wished that she could hunt it, but it would be gross raw. Then, Bird left from that area and tried not to startle the deer, especially since it was younger. Bird hummed to her favorite song as it came on, it was Someone Like You by Adelle. Bird suddenly felt a pang of thirst drown over her. She looked everywhere as she jogged, slowing to walk every time she heard something, then speeding up again. Bird wondered, would someone ever find her?

Dylan sighed as he saw no sight of her, then turned around. He saw Luka picking the berries. "Are you stupid!? Those are poisonous!" He yelled as he jogged back. "It's bad for people to eat poisonous berries." He said as if he was explaining something to a two year old. Dylan shook his head and kept looking around.
