Sneering, he once again moved her hand. "Not at all. Only have to swim faster then the others you will try to kick off the island." He said blandly, as if he didn't care, which of course he did

"Who do you think you are?" She snapped. "Some rich snob that can't get their hair wet?" She narrowed her eyes and was inches away from his face, anger blazing in her green eyes.

HE rolled his eyes. "No." He pressed his nose against her's. "And who do you think you are to be telling me what to do?" Derek asked her without flinching.

Eli suddenly slapped him across the face and backed away. "I'm your biggest fear." She smirked and then made a gash on his arm with her spear. She gave him one last look and dissapeared into the clump of bushes.

Putting his hand over the gash he turned in the other direction, not saying another word. He ripped off some of the bottom of his shirt and tied it around his bleeding arm.

Eli flopped down in the sand once she returned to her small camp. She raised her arm and pressed it against her forehead, the heat making her dizzy.
