Once Yoru withdrew his calm, Kaneh say up with a sudden flood of energy. She was still tired, but she felt better than before, "Hey...What's your name?" She asked.

"Yoru." He said calmly, "And yours is Kaneh, correct?" He smiled, "Your hair happens to be in disarray and you have dirt all over you. I think a shower will make you feel exponentially better." He said, motioning toward the bathroom door.

"Yeah." Kaneh responded to Yoru's name question, "Eeeww...That makes me feel better." She grumbled and slid out of bed, stumbling toward the bathroom to take a shower.

Yoru chuckled and continued leaning against the wall, tempted to peek into the bathroom but barely keeping his temptation in check.

Kaneh...well, took a shower. What else is there to say?

Yoru sighed as he waited for Kaneh, letting out a small whimper. This type of temptation shouldn't exist. He always got what he wanted, especially in the mortal worlds. Women threw themselves at them! Except her. Why not her?

Finally, after a half hour, Kaneh came out of the shower. She wrapped a big towel around her body and stepped out, scrunching her hair up to try and get the water out, "Hey." She said to Yoru and sat down on the bed, not caring if it got wet.

Wretched woman... Yoru grit his teeth, finding a sudden immense interest in the wall so he wouldn't look at Kaneh. "There are perfectly fine clothes on the ground." He said in a strained, pathetic voice.

Kaneh smirked. She could tell what Yoru was feeling. Guys had hit on her before, "I know.," She responded and bent down in his general direction to pick up the clothes, then took off the towel and started to put them on.

"It is not only cruel but unreasonable to put the man who saved your life through this, Kaneh. Unless you are fully intending to invite me to the bed, then I will have to do something I do not want to." Yoru said.
