"Well I don't know if I want to pick where we go. It doesn't seem to turn out well." Amber replied, frowning.

"Well, I can always just pull this lever," The Doctor pulled the lever. "It's the randomizer lever. It...well, it randomizes where we go." He smiled at her.

"Are you sure it safe?" Amber asked wide-eyed. She but her lip with a smidge of fear in her eyes.

The Doctor smiled. "if you mean, 'am I sure we will be able to breathe,' then yes, I am sure. I can't say anything else."

Amber smacked her forehead and dropped to the floor cross legged. "Why did I ever agree to come with you?" she moaned shaking her head back and forth.

(I might have to agree)

"It's most likely safe," the Doctor said. "And you don't meet aliens trying to take over the Universe every day. Well, at least not smart ones. And most of them don't seek revenge. And more times than not, it's just a misunderstanding or some secret organization that was misinformed. But, I promise, if you walk out of this door, nothing will be harmful." He gave her a goofy smile.

Amber just put her head in her hands and sighed.

"If there is anything bad out there, we'll leave," the Doctor said, quite seriously.

(I didn't forget about the lion, you forgot about Halen. And I feel like shaking things up a bit literally)

Amber was about to get up when the TARDIS rocked violently to the side. Her grip on the console kept her from getting too bruised up but the lion went flying, letting out a grating screech.

The Doctor grabbed onto the railing around the console, and Halen, who had just started down the stairs, crouched and hung onto the step. "What was that?" Halen said when it was safe to stand.

The Doctor was looking at the screen outside. "That's not right," he said, frowning. The screen showed that they were upside-down on a bed of something that looked like a cloud.

((Sorry, abandoned my other idea last-minute. I was going to say on the Titanic, but I thought that was just a little too Cliche for the Doctor...he always ends up on every Titanic))
