Shadow sat up and went to Kuratiors paw and started licking the bit he bit into

Kuraitora nudged him away, "You can't help your opponent no matter who he is."

Shadow looked at him "but your not my oppenant anymore your my friend"

Kuraitora sighed, "There may be a time when your friend becomes your opponent. You must leave our emotions behind in a battle." He remembered when He had to fight and nearly kill his childhood friend so that he could escape from Shiro.

Kuraitora shook his head, "Leave your emotions behind in battle." He get into position,"Okay now come at me."

He gave a puppy bark and growled at him

Kuraitora gave him a bored look and sat down. He licked at a cut on his paw from when he stepped on a thorn.
