Tornado grabbed the collar of Ed's shirted and pulled him up

Spirit backed out of the river and jumped all the way across. He helped Tornado get him out of the water. Ed fell to his hands and knees, coughing up water.

Carrie watched
Tornado went over to Carrie, to get her on the other side.

Ed sat back on his feet, breathing deeply. Spirit laid down beside him, nuzzling his arm with his nose.

Carrie knelt down next to Ed, "Are you ok?" she asked, worried.
Tornado hung his head, feeling bad

Spirit looked at him and said "Thank you."
Ed nodded and coughed some more. "Yeah, I'm fine."

Tornado kept his head down, feeling bad
Carrie looked at hmi, "You sure?" she asked

Ed nodded and forced a smile. "Yeah, just a little water-logged."

Ed hugged her back and stood up. He walked over to Tornado.
