(( Well, in stories and such steady lovers are pretty annoying. Of course in real life, they're nice to have. x] Being rude will probably be plenty. I'm sure Mace will snap at Tate, once they get to know each other. I plan on making Tate a pure hater of Kolby, pure jerk and everything. Probably even making her close up again. I'm most used to Roleplaying a girl. Why, does it show? :3 ))

He couldn't help but begin to laugh at her reasoning. He didn't mean to be rude, or maybe he did, but he didn't know it would sound that way. It was quite funny actually. A clean slate? She didn't understand. He actually thought she would. "It would seem that way, wouldn't it?" He asks, now done with his laughing fit. A very depressed tune to his voice. Maybe only people who had been through wht he had would get it. "I don't see it that way." He says plainly, looking at her yet again. He got the impression that he didn't like when he did that. Which is a reason he continues with it. "Your memories make you who you are, and it drives me crazy not knowing what I did to get in this hell." This is what he leaves it at, any furthur and he was sure he would start to yell. Crossing his arms, he bites his tongue and stays quiet while she does. They needed to set boundaries, or atleast get somethings out. He knew he wouldn't be leaving her anytime soon, and they would have to get used to eachother's odd frustrations. Truthfully he has no idea what to make of her next question. He had so many things he wanted answered, much to many for just three. "I..." He has to think hard. It was one of those questions where you could tell alot about a person by there answers. "My first wish would be for my younger foster brother. I think he might be the only one having a tough time about this, I would wish for him to be alright." That seemed to be the only foster sibling he actually cared about, or was there long enough for him to. "Second, I would wish to remember everything." This was of course the most obvious of his wishes. "Third..I would. My third wish would be to live in an expensive house with a trophy wife, you?" Okay, this last one is a bit out there. And pretty selfish, but he deserved it. After being put in here, and having to sit through pointless talks about feelings. The mere thoughts makes him squirm with disgust.

☼Life will always be so painful
With this loneliness consuming me.
With this loneliness consuming me.
She sits here, that same relaxed style in her posture. Honestly she didn't actually register that he was talking. She was thinking of something. Slowly she takes some of her hair and gently tugs at the end, a habit she does while she's in thought sometimes. For some reason she was wondering just exactly if she is afraid of him. She didn't want to be, but partly she thought it was better to keep her guard up. Coming to the conclusion that she is she glances up at him. He actually seemed annoyed. Finally hearing his words, she raises a brow and watches him. So he had been keeping track of how much she talked. It was some sort of an accomplishment. A smile actually reaches her lips, and she gives a slight laugh. He almost seemed to be teasing her again. As she's about to say something, his next set of words come out. Once he's finished, she winces slightly. Harsh. That's what it felt like. His apology didn't help, infact it made it worse. He obviously didn't mean that. Wasn't it his plan to insult her? Was she.. annoying? Was that his point? No, that wasn't it. He just didn't like when someone was near him for to long, it made him suspicious. Though she wasn't all to blaim for being near him. Her doctor might have planned some of it. Without thinking, she stands and begins to wipe the grass and dirt from her legs and dress. It didn't exactly get all off, but most of it was gone and that's all that mattered. Taking a few steps out, she holds her hands behind her back and turns around to look at him. Before she can talk a large powerful wind rushes into her face, making it so that even if she did talk her words would blow away. The wind had made it so that her dress actually does lift up, much higher than before. Once it's down, she simply runs her hands down it to flatten it again. "If you want..." She begins, rubbing her arms from the small chill she suddenly got. "..I'll go." She doens't even comment on his befriending idea. It was no use. She had the feeling he would do anything to get her to leave, even saying it straight to her face. So she waits for him to tell her this. Really it wouldn't hurt her feelings at all. Maybe it would clear her mind. Though she might miss his feeling of normality and how he reminded her of so many. Looking away casually she gazes up into the tree. It interested her how leaves fell so peafully from the tree, then landed on the ground. Getting stepped on in the process. She was once told that people felt like this. Full of life, than step away to experience life and get trampled on. Maybe that's how Mason felt.
