"I don't know" He replied. I also tried convincing them to move to another part of the area,but they won't move" he kicked a pebble out of frustration.He was angry.He made a promise to Autumn's parents when they died.He had promised,that he would look after Autumn,but he couldn't do that now.All the wolve's were slowly dying of sunstroke,or starvation.

Autumn looked down. "At least you tried. So many wolves have been dying. It's probably fogging up their minds. The heat is starting to affect everyone now." she started panting even though she had been to the stream just minutes before.

Paha shook his head,he wasn't going to just sit there and watch his pack members slowly die off,one by one.He thought for a while,and he had an idea.He looked at Autumn."Come with me,I have an idea" he told her,as he walked over to the stream she had found.

Autumn stood up and nodded. She walked beside Paha to wherever they were going. "What's your idea? Why are we going to the stream?" She again felt bad for asking more questions. There was only so much he could answer.

"So no-one will over hear our conversation" he replied simply."I'm going to try and round up some of the other pack member's,and see if they will come with us to find a new territory with plenty of streams and rivers" he informed her.

Autumn nodded in agreement. "But what about the alpha's? They said they wouldn't leave." she kept walking. She was loyal to them but she agreed with Paha- they needed to evacuate.

"I will try again to convince them,but if they refuse,we will have to leave without them" he replied gruffly.He turned his head,and stood up.He looked at Autumn with his milky blind eye.

Autumn shifted her paws. "Okay. I can help if you want." she stared into his blind eye. It seemed to be locked on her. She blinked.

Paha looked away.He didn't really like it when other's looked at his weak,blind eye."You could help if you wanted" he replied to her.He ended up coughing again.

Autumn looked away too. "I'll help you." she listened to his course coughing. "But first you need water." She tilted her head to the stream.
