The lillypup stumbled back up lightly after the collision. It's burn was greatly decreasing it's strength but it stood fir in front of its trainer awaiting command. "Another Work up, Go,"

Lexi noticed its strength decreasing, but saw the work up was raising it's attack. "Ember again!" She ordered. Rosie nodded and blew an ember toward the pup.

It hit the pup causing it to topple backwards. It tried to stand up again but failed and laid there swirls for eyes as it feinted. "Round one to the challenger!" the ref called holding up Lexi's flag causing another cheer from Kyo and Blaze, "Go Panpour!"

Lexi heard Panpour. That's a water type. Rosie will be finished right away! She can change her pokemon though. "Come back Rosie." She put her back in the ball. "Go, Sparky!" She threw the ball and a cute mouse pokemon came out. She caught the ball as it flew back.

"Nice choice... Now Panpour, Lick attack," Cress said putting his hand on his chin. 'which pokemon should I use for my second?' Kit thought as he watched.

Sparky's eyes widened. He didn't want to be licked by that thing! "Thundershock!" Lexi ordered, hoping that he could paralyze him before Sparky got paralyzed himself. Sparky nodded and his cheeks starting sparking, then a huge flash of electricity flew toward the water monkey.

The water monkey got shocked it twitching lightly as it stood there but it quickly snapped out of it. "Use work up.... Then a water gun..." Cress said his thinking mode going into over drive.

Lexi watched the Panpour's moves. "Use thundershock again!" She commanded and Sparky followed her orders, sending a shock at the water monkey.

It caused the water monkey a lot of pain but it shook it off as it's trainer called "Furry swipes!"

Sparky got hit by the fury swipes and cringed from the hit. He quickly shook it off when the attack was done and stood ready for his next order from Lexi. "Tackle it, Sparky!" She said and Sparky ran right for the water monkey.
