Kylie realized he had stopped talking, or trying to persuade her to stop. She knew he was struggling with himself, but that he was loosing the battle that told him to step up to the plate and take care of what really should be done, and she knew she was fraying him away, and doing it good. She grinned, and felt him press himself back, leaning in a bit more, she once again let her chest hit his, grinning gently.


She knew she had the control now, even though she was drunk. He was a guy, and well, she was a hot girl. It had only been a matter of time, and she had sped along the process. She grinned once more, after hearing his small noise. She pretended to frown, and the heard him speak. She spoke once more. "Shhh, shh" she cooed again, smirking smoothly. As she heard her name, she looked at him, and saw him reach his arms out, as if to push her away, which she figured he would. She almost sighed, when it turned out that's not what is turned out to be, meant or not. She felt his fingers slide down her curvy side, and she shivered slightly, giggling lightly. She leaned her face next to his again, whispering in his ear softly. "I toldd you it wasn'tt that hardd. See? It'ss all goood" she said, almost whispering it lower and lower. "I knewww you'dd like it" she murmured, brushing her lips against his cheeks once more, and leaning into him, only doing that for now.

Toby was struggling with himself, the confliction showing on his face everytime he changed his mind. It was allmost surreal the way one moment he turned his head to the side like he was trying to meet her lips and at others he began struggling. His lips parted repeatedly, grumbling her name as he shook his head, his hands balled up at her sides. He flinched underneath her, struggling as his voice got deeper when he was distracted. "I don't like it." he lied, the slightest of growls in his voice as he stared at her through slitted eyes.

He was breathing both with stress and distraction, confused at how at times he wanted to calm down and shut up, to not have to worry. The main concern was his job of corse, even if he didn't like it, it still payed well. Then part of him grew excessively annoyed, one minute he was slouched there, the next he sprung up, nudging her off of his lap until she was sprawled on her back after him ceising her wrists in his hands. He of corse only had one intention with this and sadly it was only because he was trying to stop her again. "Please..." He breathed as he looked down at her. "You have to go home, not while you're drunk Kylie.." he murmered his voice still hushed as he peered down at her. He could cope with it more if she was like this when she was sober, when he knew for sure this wouldn't turn on him as much as he thought.

Kylie watched it all crumble down in front of her as his fists clenched and his voice seemed to deepen the slightest bit. She gulped lightly, and lessened her moves. She was almost still when became incredibly annoyed, and pushed her off. As she fell back onto the couch beside him, she gulped, her eyes wandering around a bit confused. She wasn't sure what to do now. As he started to speak, she watched him loosely, her vision beginning to blur as her thoughts slowed down.

As she heard him say 'not like this, when your drunk', she almost comprehended, but it didn't make much sense to her. Not much did right then. She shook her head woozily, rubbing her forehead slightly sideways, and then slowly starting to close her eyes. She could feel him clenching his hands on her wrists as if to restrain her, holding her down. She grumbled, and tried to wave her hands, but she was loosing it, quicker than she would have thought possible. In a matter of a few more seconds, her eyes were closed, and she was sound asleep, the breath coming softly, almost not there. She was peacefully sleeping now, after a too long time awake, as drunk as she was. Now the only problem was that she would wake up there. Totally sober, but that he had no idea to know how to react. She may remember, she may not.

Toby's eyes were locked on her face, studying her silently as a frown etched it's way into her forehead. He slowly losened his grip on her wrists, lowering them down to her sides. "Kylie?" He whispered, but shut himself up once he realised how she was actually asleep. He wondered if she was a heavy sleeper and whether he could get her anywhere before she woke up. He just sat there for a moment, but he couldn't do that, there was just something about her expression when she was asleep that won him over more than when she was awake and trying to get him to like her. He moved carefully, trying not to move the couch too much when he stood up, shifting away from her legs slightly and climbed over her, something that took a lot of concentration so that he didn't brush against her.

With one last look at her, and a nervous sigh he padded off, going into various different rooms. He still couldn't help his instincts, the ones that told him she was a guest in his house despite the circumstances so he needed to treat her properly considering she had fallen asleep. He brought back a blanket and a pillow, kneeling down next to her after draping the blanket over her body. He then reached out, brushing his fingers against her cheek to slide them delicately under her head, lifting it up only to shove the pillow under there and retreat quickly, backing away like she was one of the worst dogs that only looked like you could pet it if it was asleep. He chewed on his thumb, a subconcious action that he only did when he was extremely nervous, his eyes flitting around the room. All he could do now was eat, that was what he did best so he padded off to the kitchen a few times, bringing his food back and watching her, waiting for her to come back so he could anxiously await to see her reaction.

Kylie did not awaken when the pillow was gently slipped under her, or the blanket laid on top of her. She just slept heavily, deeply into it, regaining all her strength and common sense, in a way. Most of the time, she had no common sense. She also hadn't an idea that Toby was watching her sleep, whilst eating, or well, that she was even at his house at the moment....

Kylie was slowly coming back into consciousness, her eyes fluttering, her mouth wide open in a large yawn. She closed her eyes again, yawning once more before attempting to sit up. She lifted up her arm, placing her hand near her head, her eyes still closed. She let her soft, small fingers rub little circles on her forehead, as she had a pounding headache.


She was still oblivious to what was going on, due to how she was wondering why she would wake up with a headache. Her memory had yet to come back to her. She then took her hand, and ran it through her chocolate hair, not bothering to fix her incredibly messed up shirt, seeing as she couldn't remember she had a shirt on. She sighed, and slowly opened her eyes.


From the initial shock, she froze, her mouth dropping a few inches as she spotted Toby. She squinted, and rubbed her eyes, as if this was all a big dream, something that was not happening. She flung her head to the place where a window was, and noticed it was pitch black. It wasn't morning, more like, middle of the night. Why would she wake up so early? Or...had she fallen asleep pretty early as well? When it was still daylight? She couldn't grasp why, and then her face went slowly into even more surprise.


She coughed lightly, as her memory came back in bits and pieces. She could now remember being in the closet with Toby, and..she kissed him? She shuddered slightly, not remembering how he reacted. Even though she was sober, she figured it wasn't that bad, seeing as she didn't feel disgusted or angry now. She knew it was self induced. She made all those moves, then, and after, she saw, as her memories came back. Toby had tried to keep her off.


She frowned, that bothering her a little bit, until she figured why she was like that? She had of course been drunk, but she had seemed really into him. It wasn't totally a new thing. She didn't act on things unless they were personally in her mind, earlier when she was sober, and they just carry into her drunkness, letting her fulfill her actions, good or not.


She sighed, rubbing her forehead, not really blaming him, at all. She looked at him, her sea blue eyes a bit misted. "I'm really, really sorry" she said guiltily. She wondered how much he hated her, and if he would rather not talk to her anyways. She sighed, and looked down, as she laid there half slouched on the couch, quickly fixing her shirt. She wondered if she had liked kissing him, being close to him. It had probably felt good. She wondered how he had felt. If, even though he seemed scared, had liked it at all, and thought any different now that she was sober.


She brushed the thoughts from her mind, frustrated that she was still thinking about being close to him. Wasn't she drunk when she had completed all that, said all those things, so why was she thinking them now? She grumbled, and awaited his answer, feeling as guilty as possible, and more or less still with a killer headache, but she didn't bother to mention that. It was inappropriate at the time. She wasn't really sure what was going to happen next.

Toby's grey eyes had been watching her on and off for the past couple hours, not daring to get any sleep for himself, as soon as he saw her move he moved closer, allmost ready to pounce on her with escuses, loading her up with how it wasn't his fault, getting himself out of the hole, if you like. His forehead creased as he watched her, hanging back but knelt in the same spot he was sure the carpet would of dipped down from him kneeling there for six hours or so. That was dedication but then he was just worried, exessively.


He seemed to hold his breath, waiting for her to realise, the remember and put the pieces together however her mind could, or wanted too really and see what she made of it. He needed her to speak before he could be reassured, or start crapping puppies. He had a red mark below his bottom lip where he'd chewed on it so much, gushing out a breath when she said she was sorry. His face lit up with his relief, his eyes becoming a much more brighter shade of grey. He crawled over to her, hovering a glass of water in her face. "Here." He muttered, good heartedly as he tended to her after all that.


He seemed to be thinking hard, rocking back on his knees so he wasn't so close to her, watching her with an intent, slightly innocent expression. He just couldn't help being nice, no matter how his mood might shift when he got frustrated he remained kind, and old fashioned in the sense that he opened door for women and such. He tilted his head at her as he sat there and gave her a small, nervous smile. "It's fine... we've all been there at one point." He said, suprising himself at how old and wise he sounded, he didn't look it but he was a lot older than her, old enough to still find it wrong. He still had an annoying urge to reach out to her though, to reassure her somehow that everything would be okay. "Don't worry about it... just don't mention it to anyone one... okay?" He asked, his voic softer than it usually was, it just depended on who he was talking to, or rather how they reacted to him. He could be angry when he wanted to but right now he was strangely calm, allmost as if he knew that nothing bad was going to happen about this...yet.

Kylie was rubbing her forehead once more when a glass of water was stretched out to her. She looked at him, wary of how he might be feeling about her right that minute. If she was him, she'd be likely ready to kill herself. She had been totally..she didn't even have a word for it. She felt sorry for him that he had to deal with it. He had probably been scared to death, and probably still was.

She took the glass, and sipped it cautiously, gently watching him rock back and forth. He was certainly a wreck it seemed to be. She was still oblivious to why he was being so nice to her, especially since he was a guy. Normally they didn't act like this. Maybe he had been raised right. She saw his nervous smile, and she smiled back a bit, but it failed. So she just nodded, not bothering to reply in speech. He sounded a lot older than he had before, talking wise, and she gulped lightly. He seemed like he wanted to comfort her. From what, she wasn't too sure. She just shook her head lightly, and shrugged slightly, her eyes a bit wary and nervous themselves now, just by how he was acting. It was a bit odd. When he spoke again, and told her not to tell anyone, she pretty much broke her head off nodding. "Hell yes. I wouldn't tell anyone" she said, truthfully, brushing her hair back. There was no dang way she would speak of anyone but him of this. He seemed a bit calmer now, as he waited for his response. She just nodded again, and leaned back to the couch, trying to press herself into it, as her eyes darted a bit nervously. She couldn't seem to help herself.

Toby watched her for a momet, his eyes studying her face, that small tilt of his lips still present as he watched her. He found it weird how calm he was, somehow he had managed to switch off to it in the last couple hours and now he was his normal self. He seemed to of known exactly the outcome of this, and even though it confused him he knew they shouldn't do anything about it. "Can i get you anything?" He asked softly, allready bouncing to his feet as he stood over her, shifting around on the balls of his feet. He tilted his head at her, smiling down at her as he folded his arms over his chest. He just looked eager to please, and to try and win her over should she change her mind. He was glad he didn't have to clarify anything though, he was now just aiming to get her better, since she did look like crap. "Or... you could stay here until you feel a little better...then i'll take you home." He muttered, not sure why that bothered him. Maybe because he knew once she left this apartment she could easily twist things around and it'd be out. But he had only kissed her, not even that, she had kissed him. It wasn't that bad was it?


As he awaited her answer, allready looking like he'd be bounding into his kitchen in search of anything she wanted he pressed his thumb against his lips again, tapping at them as he looked down at her. He couldn't help wondering what it meant, and knowing it shouldn't mean anything. He suddenly looked as awkward as she did, afterall it could of gone so many different ways. He wondered if she knew that he had given in, if she did he just might die of shame. He glanced away from her, persuading himself he couldn't want anything out of this, that was wrong and selfish. He sighed, his eyes allways finding their way back to her despite everything but he knew what he had to do. "We can't do that again." He said simply, and slowly allmost as if it was a question, or a demand, it could be anything. He peered down at her as he shook his head. He knew it was bad and thats all that mattered. "Theres no way you'll be going to school today." He said with a shrug of his shoulder. She looked like crap!

Kylie watched him still, a bit wary, as now he seemed elated, and ready to go bungee jumping. She still had that damned headache, and now he was asking what else she wanted. She frowned lightly, and just shook her head. "Nothing, nothing at all" she said simply, continuing to watch him, awaiting his next spontaneous movement. He was rocking on the balls of his feet, pressing his thumb to his lips, and to her, he seemed way to energetic. She mumbled, and rubbed her eyes, trying to fully awaken them. He seemed incredibly eager to please. Like he would jump off a cliff if that's what she asked him. She smirked half heartedly. When he asked the next thing, she merely shrugged. "From what it seems like happened, I would figure you'd like me to leave. I think I gave you a hard enough time getting me here" she said, mumbling a bit. She wasn't really wanting to leave, but if he wanted her too, she would go without a fight.


On a dime drop of time, she saw him now looking a bit like her, nervous and such. Worried, and a bit confued, thinking. She tilted her head, wondering what he was thinking, watching as he looked around, then back to her, beginning to speak. She seemed taken aback by what he said. She didn't quite understand. He was being a bit confusing too, now. "Was that a question, or demand?" she questioned curiously, a bit awkwardly, for truly, she didn't know, but decided to answer for both of them. "If it was a question; I hardly don't care." she said, nodding lightly, her sea blue eyes wandering. "But if it was a demand, okay then" she said simply, looking at him sideways. Then when he spoke about school, she merely snorted. "Duh. I wouldn't have gone even if I needed to. I look like crap" she admitted, knowing it was totally true. He didn't look that great either, but then again, he didn't have a hangover.

Toby was still standing there, aware that he probally looked like a right idiot, like he was willing to serve the girl who had been all over him just hours ago. He wasn't like that though, as far as he was concerned she was on his territory so it was only right to look after her. Especially now that she was acting a little more appropriately. "Don't want something for your headache?" He asked, spot on with the fact she had one. It was pretty obvious, with how drunk she was that a headache would only follow and even if she didn't she might want something just to make her feel a little bit more alive. He had that keen, little boy look in his eyes that said he really wasn't going to shut up unless she admitted to needing something just so he could busy himself and please someone. "I don't want you to leave." He blurted, before correcting himself and rolling his eyes. "I mean... not necessarily, i don't mind. I'm not going to shove you out the door looking like that." He told her, flashing her a lop sided grin.


Toby was still jittery as he stood there, and just sunk down on the floor in front of her too keep from moving about to much. He preferred it when she wasn't touching him, but he hated how uncomfortable he looked now. Maybe he really should just shut up and send her home, mortified but then they could just forget about it. His hair was sticking up in various different angles, tousled like he had been sleeping but it was just from him repeatedly running his fingers through it. "A-a...i-i..." He stammered before clearing his throat and shrugging. "A question? I suppose..." He mumbled defeatedly, still confused by it all. Students usually had crushes on teachers, he remembered he probally had a one point but it was a joke, nothing like this happened... did it? Maybe it was common but of corse would not speak of it. It made a spark inside him light up, something that was excitment mixed with fear. Of corse despite how interesting and dangerous it might feel he knew all to well it was not like in films, or in books with happy endings that worked in the Characters favour. He had to be careful. He folded his arms back over his chest, since she looked utterly miserable with himself and it bugged him that there was a strand of hair that fell close to her forehead and he instinctively wanted to brush it away. "So... do we just forget about this?" He asked quietly, looking unsure and younger again, asking her this.
