Quent wiped some sweat from his brow. He stood up and covered the five traps with leaves. After looking over their work, he paid the trappers the other half of what he was supposed to give them and took out his booze bottle. He took a swig and climbed into a nearby tree, cradling his gun in one arm.

Kiba sighed, thinking about what had happened before. He wondered what happened to Darcia. But everyone was in too good of a mood so he decided not to ask now. He looked back at Hige and Blue and smiled. Then back at Tsume and chuckled. he let go of Cheza's hand and playfully smacked Tsume in the back of his head. "Tag you're it!" he said with a laugh.

"Kiba, grow up" Tsume graveled, "the lunar flowers are getting to far into your head, it's makin' ya high!"

Apparently, Tsume didnt want to play tag. But Toboe did, he leaped onto Kiba's back, like a ninja xD

Kiba rolled his eyes at Tsume and started to say something when Toboe jumped on his back. He toppled over and landed with a thud. "Ugh." he mumbled. He rolled over, squishing Toboe under his back. "Haha runt! I win again." he said with a laugh.

Cher watched intently. Did they always do this?

Toboe whined, "aww, thats because your too big!!! I always beat Tsume because hes flabby and jiggles when he hits the ground!"
"WHAT!?" Tsume growled, bearing his teeth
"just keeeeding!" Toboe chuckled nervously

Kiba rolled off of Toboe, laughing so hard he started crying. "Tsume, you should excersise more. You know, so you stop jiggling!" he teased still laughing.

Blue started laughing too. She licked Hige's cheek. "Good things Hige doesn't jiggle." she joked.

((lmao, yup. I drew Tsume today and he looked flabby, VERY flabby, because I failed horribly at drawing his neck, arm and chest muscles... and his ear....))

Tsume put his hands in his pockets and ignored them, usually, he was butt-end of all the jokes, but he did NOT jiggle.

Hige knew very deep inside that he did jiggle occasionally, but he tried not to when there were girls around.

Toboe was tempted to pull his shirt off and jump around, because he did not jiggle and was proud.

Kiba laughed and stood up, offering his hand for Toboe to take.

Blue just grinned and put her head on Hige's shoulder. "I might die of laughter one day."

Quent heard laughing and looked through the tree leaves. It was them. He scowled and cocked his gun, just in case the traps didn't work. He moved back on the branch so he was hidden in the leaves and shadows.

Toboe got up and walked over to Tsume, he started dancing around Tsume singing "Tsume the chubby chub, looks like a grubby grub! when you poke his tummy tum, he kicks you in the bummy bum!!!"

Hige burst out laughing, Toboe's song was so utterly stupid that it made perfect sense.

Kiba started laughing again, so hard he couldn't walk for a moment. He sighed, wiping tears from his eyes and grabbed Cheza's hand.

Blue laughed too, she even tripped over her own paws. She got up, her laughing starting to stop and smiled. "Toboe, I didn't know you could but the truth into song!" she joked.

Cher walked behind them all, laughing every now and then. They acted like a big group of kids. Then she realized they were. They were all just kids. She started thinking about trying to get them to stop and try living a normal life. She sighed, knowing that would never happen. She watched them with happy eyes, when she heard a 'schwing!' and something digging into her ankle. She cried out and fell to the floor, her coat falling out her hands.

Quent's eyes went wide. The scientist's were still with them? He scowled again. He cocked his gun and waiting until they were all gathered. It would be like shooting fish in a barrel.

Toboe stood on his toes and smirked, "I could sing one about Hige if you want me to!!!"

Hige pushed Toboe out of the way, "naaah, lets not do that!"

But when Cher fell, both boys stopped smiling and stared worried at her.


Hubb had run over to his wife, "Cher! Are you- what the- a wolf trap??" he gasped, angrily.
