CC was stuck. She mostly just wanted to run away and burn something. But then a little voice in her head reminded her how nice his lips felt on her neck, how warm his hands were... She was scared by the thoughts, and began stuttering, "S... Sam, please... uh..." How solid his chest felt against her's, how much safer he made her feel... She went limp and just leaned against him.

She had decided it was going to be her last, and since she couldn't live without the flames, she'd go with it. She began to think of how warm she was while surrounded by leaping flames, how safe she felt, how much it hurt to have the flames burn her...
