Paint was confused, she just shivered in the back of the shed. She could hear animals outside and wanted to run off with the lucky animal's. She knew better not to try though, so she stayed there. She looked at her stomach and almost cried.

Paint ran out slipping on the ground. She looked for a herd of deer to hunt. She was not a good hunter at all, she only stopped to eat some berry's then continued to look.

Paint knew better than to run. She walked right into the deer herd, they did not act scared of her. She looked at them, "I am so sorry, I have to harm one of you." They looked confused,"I would rather it be someone that I could help not suffer." They looked at a doe who had been hurt. Paint nodded and looked at it,"I'm sorry..." She quickly killed it and put it on her back. She started back to the shed.
