"Come out this side." he said, opening the door and climbing out.

Shivering at the sight of rushing cars, Anessa clambered out the other side. She felt in her near-empty pocket to get out money for the driver. When she got it out, the man shook his head. "I'm fine, thanks though. Think I'm gon' go home 'n' have me some ice cream."

"Good for you! The treat is good fir you." he said, chuckling and shutting the door, givng him a short salute.

Anessa smiled and waved sweetly as he drove off with a grin. She turned to Damon and smiled again, knowing that they had both given a better day to a needing heart.

"He needed that." he said, nodding and then walking toward the aquarime. "We better hurry before it closes."

"Yea," she said, nodding. Biting her lip, she reached for his hand so they could sprint across the parking lot. Seriously, what's life without sprinting a little?

Damon grasped her hand in his and chuckled. "When you are ready." he said, nodding.

She looked over at him, counting off the seconds without sound. Anessa burst off running across the parking lot without Damon, turning around to laugh at him. She looked down at her feet, eyes growing wide as she saw her feet start to change with her growing speed. With this, she slowed so that they would go back to normal.

Damon narrowed his eyes, thinking he saw something happening, but not sure. Slowly, he raced after her, rolling his eyes.

Heart racing, she watched her feet slowly come back. She heaved over, shaking her head and sighing in relief. Again, Anessa started to walk towards the entrance.
