"Mia," Jay said quietly. "You are going to have to learn to protect yourself too. And be able to go out alone." He said softly.

Mia shook her head, terrified.

Jay nodded as he looked at her seriously but silently.

Mia was silent, she never wanted to go outside again, she was way to scared.

Jay sighed and shook his head. "I'm the worst father." He muttered, looking down.

Kyra watched sadly, "I'm sorry." she said as she watched them, Mia whimpered softly, "Dad.. I'm sorry, I'm so sorry."

"It's not either of your faults. It's mine." Jay said, looking at both of them. "I didn't prepare Mia and now she thinks everyone is bad and she cant trust. Not only that, but now she's scared to go out alone because I didn't teach her to protect herself." He said. "It's not your fault Mia." He repeated, then he sighed and ran a hand through his hair.

Mia looked down silently, she pushed herself up and went to her room, closing the door behind her. She curled up under her sheets, she wished she didn't screw up.

Kyra sighed, she went to check on Bree, "it's not your fault, it's the packs."she said as she looked at him.

"It is my fault. I was overprotective. She never learned to defend herself because I was always there to fight for her. I never taught her to trust like I should've." Jay said, watching Kyra silently.

Kyra picked up Bree and rocked her, "The pack made her scared of wolves, Jay neither of us have done this before." she sighed, "Where is the wolf that helped her?"
