Shadow open the does neck and brought it back, seeing her covering her eyes, "Oh.. that's right. You don't eat meat." he whimpered flatting his ears. "I'll find batteries.."

Jade stood up. "It's Ok...I can get my own food." She smiled a little,"Plus, apple's are in season, Fall. Two of those and I am stuffed." She trotted off to find the apple tree she had seen.

Shadow chuckled eating the does he had killed for lunch, "Be careful, the pups, silly." he chuckled teasing her about it.

Jade knew to be careful. She trotted up to the tree and climbed up it with ease. She picked a few apple's and carried them back. "Want one?" She said tossing one to Shadow.

Shadow picked it up eating it with one bite, he sat down starring blankly at Jade without any words then whimpered padding the floor with his paws.

"What's wrong?" She asked. She rolled over on her back and gave a face that you could not lie to.

He whimpered then barked, "I love you." He still stared blankly at her not knowing what to say.

Shadow got up and padded toward her wagging his tail in excitment. He licked her head then her stomach. He put his nose on her stomach and a pup kick it. He sneezed shaking his head slightly.

Jade giggled a little,"Something wrong?" She asked lovingly. She stayed on her back, it was more comfortable.
