(I fell asleep with the phone in my hand last night. xD)

Shadow heard her gulp, "What's wrong with eating meat?' he asked curiously.
"It's not even ...alive." he looked down at his paws feeling guilty for the fish.

"They were, and I don't like killing thing's...it does not seem right. "She looked at a guilty Shadow,"I wont make you stop eating meat, just warn me first." She walked over to the edge of the river and layed down on her paw's. He tail was swishing back and fourth in the water.

"Well, I can try and stop eating meat." He said whinning and putting his ears against his head. "I will next time, if, I do eat meat around you." He wagged his tail and pawed his feet against ground one after another. He just watched as her tail swished in the lake.

Jade smiled,"I would appreciate that." She took her tail out of the water and shook it. "Morning's coming..." She pointed to the sunrise over a hill.

Shadow pointed his toes together and put his tail near the side of him. "I will try then." he said smirking.
He look over the hill and said "Sunrise.. I like it better, when its dark out."

"Oh, well both are very nice to watch." She trotted up on to the hill and sat. Looking back at Shadow, and motioning to come sit by her.

Shadow sat right next to Jade, "True, but I can't really hide in anything, since the sun is up." he put his head low in shame.

She pushed Shadow with her paw gently,"Why do you hide so much. You far from..What's the word.." She trailed of thinking of a word .

Shadow looked up at her, when she pushed him gently, "I just don't like being seen. It's easier to attack a predator for me."

"How often do you run into a predator? I love to stay in my tree, but I prefer a wolf knows I'm there." She smiled and nudged Shadow," Your anything but Ugly." She gave up on finding another word for it.
