[Choco]

-Kerith-

He jumped slightly when she suddenly sat up, confused at the change of attitude. He was lucky not to have spilt his drink when he'd been freaked out by her. He rolled his eyes and continued to sip at the hot brown liquid, his eyes still on his captive. He wondered briefly what she was doing then decided he'd just leave her be. She'd probably snap out of it later. He blinked a few times to try and get rid of any remaining sleepiness, and it seemed to work pretty well.

-Ryda-

She squeezed her eyes shut before she opened them and watched the wall for a couple of seconds before deciding she was still sleepy and closing them again, enjoying being snuggled under the blanket. She didn't seem to care that she wasn't at home, since she figured she needed a break from all that dancing anyway, although she did love it. Who wouldn't love being commented on your skill and the way you glided across the ballroom floor? She was a bit of an attention seeker at times, but that was only one of her moods. She wasn't usually like it.

[Choco]

-Kerith-

He looked away from her gaze, feeling slightly unnerved. "Uh, yeah.. Anything sweet. Yeah, thanks." He said with a nod, sipping his warm drink and looking back over at Leila with a sigh, hoping she wouldn't stare at him again.

-Ryda-

She sighed to herself and rolled over in the bed when she heard her named, figuring she should probably be getting up soon. She sat up and leaned against the wall, pulling the blankets around her and running a hand through her hair. She then rubbed her eyes, trying to force herself awake. With a quiet sigh, she slipped out of the blankets and stood up, feeling much more awake now.

[Choco]

He looked over at her and shrugged. "Because it's rude here, but when it happens, it's usually between two lovers, and it's not considered rude then. But since we aren't lovers, one of us has to look away, and since you didn't want to, I did." He smirked at her and looked away, amused as he waited for her reaction. He ran his fingers through his hair as he waited for Aladdin.

-Ryda-

She glanced over at him and nodded to show her hello. "Um.. Something small and healthy. Make sure it's healthy." She said with another nod, sitting back down on the bed and crossing her legs, swinging them slightly, liking the feel of cold metal against them. She sighed faintly and bit her lip, wondering whether Leila had gotten in trouble yesterday, or if anything bad happened. The teen glanced over her shoulder at the wall, wishing she could see it through it. She couldn't access the girl's mind for some reason, probably because she was still pretty sleepy. She hoped Aladdin didn't get her something big and unhealthy, since she didn't know their food so she wouldn't know whether it was healthy or not.

He looked at her and raised a eyebrow. "I never said that." He told her with a smirk, taking the sweet thing Aladdin had brought him. "Thanks." He said with a nod towards him. It only a small item, so he put it in his mouth and chewed, his gaze flickering around without really stopping. He looked back at Leila when he was done and smirked, sighing. "We don't stare at others because it makes them feel uneasy. We hold our head high, if that is what you'll call it, but our gazes move around a lot. Usually." He sighed, getting annoyed with her language. He longed just to speak his own.

-Ryda-

She smiled faintly when he set the food down and slid off the bed, walking over and grabbing it. It was small and looked healthy, even if it was a purple colour. She briefly frowned and glanced up at Aladdin. "Thanks." She said softly as she went and sat back on the bed, swinging her legs as usual. She took a bite and was surprised to tase the bitter-sweetness of it. Her eyes widened slightly but went back to normal as she swallowed, shaking her head slightly at herself as she took another small bite.

He smirked at her and rolled his eyes. "You're the strange ones. You have these weird animals that make weird noises and they scratch you." He was talking about cats, and he couldn't stand them. "And they have those weird tails, and they smell weird. And they can see me too!" He shuddered and looked over at Aladdin. "Did you have to deal with those creatures as well?" He asked with wide eyes.

She frowned at the sound of the crash and sighed faintly as she finished eating the weird thing he'd given her, sighing softly as she went over to the water and took a sip, biting her lip before sitting down on the bed. She felt dizz and sick, but she knew she'd get over it soon.

He nodded to Aladdin's words and shrugged to Leila's. "That's a perfectly good reason not to go there. Only proffesionals would ever try such a thing." He said with a smirk, looking over to her. "And your world is worse. Wait.. What are sharks?" He asked, having a mind blank. "They're like over grown fish, right?"

-Ryda-

She seemed pretty surprised he'd even been paying attention to her. "It's okay, thanks for asking." She automatically answered, sighing softly at the end of her quiet sentence and closing her eyes, holding her head in her hands as she forced her tense body to relax. She was just reacting to the odd flavours in the thing he'd given her, but it was already passing and colour was already going back into her face.

He rolled his eyes when she laughed at him, amused that she found him amusing. She had a nice laugh, he thought, although it sounded a bit different from anybody else's he'd ever heard. "If you say so." He said, frowning at her explanation of sharks. "They don't sound very nice." He mused, looking over at her with a annoyed expression on his face. "Can you eat them?"

She glancd over at him when he asked if she wanted to use the bathroom and nodded, standing up and not saying anything else to his earlier comment. "What if you start bothering me?" She joked, a slight smile on her lips as her eyes twinkled.

He nodded thoughtfully, noticing the flinch she'd made but not saying anything about it. He'd do something about it if it happened once more. "That's pretty interesting." He mused out loud, wondering why their world was so different. "What do other people think? Do they also think they're just misunderstood?" He asked, noticing Aladdin and his girl was going to the bathroom. He'd take Leila afterwards, as the custom suggested. It would be harder if the girls worked together.

-Ryda-

Ryda smiled and went outside her cell, crossing her arms as she glanced at the floor, lost in thought. "Do we get to lounge around all day?" She asked hopefully as she waited for him to lead the way, not very good at remembering which way to go. Her gaze flickered around and she caught the other guard's gaze by accident, so she quickly looked away, her cheeks heating up slightly. She usually reacted that way when she caught somebody's eye.

He nodded thoughtfully and stood, watching her for a second more before getting seemingly distracted as he looked away, at the window. "I didn't like your parents. They reminded me of people I knew. It wasn't very nice." He told her with a shrug. "And your brother was weird." He said, unsure why he was telling her this. He looked straight at her as he said this, having a feeling somebody was controlling his mind.

-Ryda-

She laughed at his first reply, the sound soft. "Aladdin, you naughty boy." She teased, her eyes twinkling with amusement. She was pretty carefree right now, and the soft blush had faded from her cheeks. She smiled, although it was more to herself then to him. [Sorry if Kerith's last sentence made no sense. It was meant to mean it would be hard to catch the girls if they escaped, since they would work together.]

He shrugged and sighed, shaking his head to get rid of thoughts. "You aren't too weird." He told her with a shrug, meaning what he was saying. "You didn't take drugs, nor did you smoke." He sighed faintly as he wondered why he was even talking with her. "Do you need the bathroom?" He asked her as his gaze landed on the floor, wondering just how much she remembered of yesterday.

She went inside the bathroom silently, immediately grabbing her hair brush and brushing her hair quickly. She took the small hairtye and put her hair up into a bun, since she didn't want it getting in the way. She did what she'd normally do at home, brush her teeth and wash her face, as well as change clothes just so she'd feel fresh.
