"Thanks," Kale smiled as she turned off the water and dried her hands before going to a drawer and taking out two forks and a pasta scooper.

"you do the pasta scoop thing. i would make a mess" Frank chuckled.

Kale smiled, "How much you want then?"

"same amount as you" Frank smiled.

Kale smiled with a nod as she started to scoop out a reasonable amount of pasta on the plates. For such a small girl that she was, she really could put away her food and usually ate a lot.

Frank smiled softly. He sat down at the island and watched her lovingly.

Kale glanced over at him, a bemused smile crossing her lips. "Why are you looking at me like that?" She questioned and put down the scooper once she'd put equal sized portions on each plate.

"because i love you" Frank grinnedandshufled on the chair.

Kale could feel her cheeks turning red as she looked at him before laughing. "Look at you, just sitting there with a big grin on your face, it's enough to make my heart melt."

"awwwww" Frank cooed "im loved" he smiled softly.
