[Choco]

Peryn put the clothes he'd given her on before going and laying back down on his chest, curling up and relaxing. It felt nice to be with Dodge, like she belonged. She glanced up at him and smiled, reaching out and softly tracing his lips. She'd wanted to do that for a while.

Dodge's smile was a soft one, that of a young person in love. "Je t'aime, ma belle illusionniste," he said. He didn't know a whole lot of French, but that was what he did not know. It meant I love you, my beautiful illusionist. He thought it suited her quite nicely.

[Choco]

Peryn's face flushed and she smiled at him, only knowing the start of the sentence. "I love you too." She said quietly, her smile soft and relaxed, the same as her eyes as she looked up at him.

"Hmm I sense that you didn't completely understand me," Dodge said, running his fingers through a stray set of hairs. He gave an enormous yawn again, and looked towards the beautiful blue sky. Could the day be any better?

[Choco]

Peryn laughed softly and lay her head back own on his chest, comfortable where she was. "You sense correct." She muttered, her legs tangling with his. She felt quite happy and warm, which was a good mix. "Want to go into the ocean with me?" She asked, looking up at him.

Dodge stretched, and his back gave a loud, satisfying crack. "Sure. We've only got a couple weeks here, so we might as well go ahead and enjoy it," he told her. His blood had some issues with the cold, so he wouldn't be able to stay in very long, but he would enjoy the time he had while he could.

[Choco]

Peryn smiled happily and stood up to the side, being careful not to stand on Dodge. She smirked as she looked down at him. "I couldn't believe where your scales are." She said with a roll of her eyes, holding her Hans out for him to take.

Dodge stuck his tongue out at her and stood up quickly. He took her hand carefully within his own and stepped into the cold, salty water ahead of him. As long as he wasn't in too long...

[Choco]

Peryn shuddered from the cold water and held his hand tightly, goosebumps raising on her body. "Jeez.." Shem uttered to herself as she went a tad deeper into it, biting her lip from the cold water rushing against her legs.

Dodge gasped a bit at the cold against his body, his scales becoming less of a vibrant green and more of a pale blue-green. He put a smile on his face and joined Peryn, trying to make her time here worth it.
