The tenth day~1x1

"Maybe you should be a model then!......Um........Peryn.........I no you just dumped your boyfriend, and you might still need time to recover, but.....I was wondering if you want to go out with me? If you need a reason why, just ask..." Sabriel kept on feeling stupid that it took so much just to ask the most beautiful, the smartest, most understanding girl in the world, that he would do almost anything for, out on a date.

[Choco]

Peryn rolled her eyes before blinking at him, her eyes going wide with confused. He'd totally messed it up at the end, with the head over heels bit, especially since he barely knew her. Unless he was a stalker! Her eyes widened even more, but she nodded anyway, hoping he wasn't. "Sure." She said with a shrug, but deciding to test him first. "Wait.. If you've fallen head over heels for me, then you should know what my favourite colour is. What is it?" Most people assumed it was pink, but oh how wrong they were.

"Um.... I remember, you told me in that tree house I showed you...um, i'm pretty sure it is yellow, if I remember correctly. Do you remember mine?" Sabriel wanted to make sure that any eerie silences were kept at bay. Anyway, he was pretty sure that Peryn wouldn't remember what it was, especially since she couldn't remember that he was a wolf when they met. A small detail that he had left out in every conversation they had had together.

Peryn couldn't remember any treehouse, so she frowned and tried hard to. "What treehouse?" She asked with another frown, looking rather annoyed and confused at the same time. "I don't remember a treehouse."

"Yeah...that was actually a long time ago, so don't worry about it. But do you know what my favourite colour is?" Sabriel kept on lieing and was starting to feel bad, but he really liked Peryn, so it was the only thing to make her like him as well.
But how am I going to tell her that I will disapear a week every month?

[Choco]

Peryn shrugged, deciding to guess randomly. "Blue?" She asked with a shrug, totally unsure. "Purple?" She asked once more, a frown settling on her face as she wondered.

"No and no. I'll give you a hint. It is a colour, not a colour and then a colour again, as long as you know what you think about." Sabriel new she was getting confused, so he decided to stop after that.

"Black?" Peryn guessed with a shrug, wondering what he could possibly mean. "Do tell." She insisted with a soft sigh.

"Easy, I don't have a favourite colour, cause I can never decide what colour to choose. And with the riddle, I will let you figure that one out by yourself. I hate to say this, but it's 11:30. Shouldn't you start heading back home? I can walk you if you want?" Sabriel said the last part with great sadness, for he did not wish for her to be leaving.

Peryn shruged when he mentioned the leaving part. "Sure. If you want.." She said as she stood up, not feeling very tired if she was being honest.
