I keep singing in tell I drift off to sleep to

I wake up, my head resting on Jay's chest. I roll over, as I remember that I might hurt him.

Jay
I slowly wake up and blink my eyes open. I sit up and stretch then call out in pain as I stretch, it hurt my side like crazy.

Jane

I jump up in worry as I hear him. "Jay?! Are you ok? Do you want something?"

[miya.]

Jay
"I-I'm fine." I say softly, my voice shaking.

Jane

I stroke my hand across his cheek softly. "If you say so." I reply warily

[miya.]

Jay
"J-Just hurt m-my side." I say softly and take a few shakey breaths before I kiss Janes cheek then get up. "I-I'll be r-right back." I say before I walk into the bathroom and close to the door. Once inside I take off my bandage and flinch at the sight of my wound. I knew it was infected but I couldn't tell Jane, she would worry to much, and I couldn't go to the hospital either, they would ask to many questions."

Jane

I nod a little and smile as he kisses me on my cheek. "Ok, I am going to go make us something to eat. We can't starve to death." I say and walk to the kitchen when he leaves. I hear the door shut but I contain my curiosity.

Jay
I take a deep breath then flinch and rebandage my side before I walk out, trying to hide the pain.

Jane

I pour a bowl of cereal for the both of us and smile when I see jay walk out. I can tell he is trying to hide the pain but I don't say anything about it.
