He talked to Lynn for a few minutes and they both stared into the pond. Then Lynn excused herself to go to the restroom. Knowing Lynn, she'd find someone to talk to and probably wouldn't come back out. He smiled ad waved as she walked away.

Rose smiled, and took the balconey steps this time. She sat down next to Jason.

It took a few minutes for Jason to realize that Rose had sat down. "Hey," he said with a small smile. He continued to stare down into the pond.

"hey." Rose said finally.

"Is something wrong?" He asked a worried tone. "I didn't do anything, did I? You can be honest with me." He said as he searched her face for some clues.

Rose shook her head and looked at him. "No, you didn't do anything wrong." she said.

"Then what's going on? Speak you mind, I'm not getting any clues from your face." He said softly. He tried again o search for clues but was unsuccessful.

Rose sighed, "I am suppose to love Ash, or at least pretend." she said. "But over the last few weeks, I have started growing attached to another guy. But I know that I can't be with him, I don't know if he even feels the same way about me..."

"Oh, I suppose that is a problem." He said. He thought Rose was talking about another guy. He felt a little down after that. "Am I allowed to know who it is?" He asked as he looked into the pond.

Rose nods, then tells him like this..."His name is Jason, I met him at the market. He is kind and caring, sweet... and I'm falling for him."
