Damon was in the wood, blood dripping down his chin. His eyes were red and the ache of his jaw blossomed over his gums as he smelt one of the many bodies around him was still alive. He growled and jumped over to the guy, a hunter who was in the middle of a ten point buck when Damon grabbed him. Damon dug his fangs back into his neck as the man moaned. Damon ripped his fangs away and looked around him, planning to remove of the bodies. He sighed and walked off, leaving them in a sloppy mess on the forest floor. He came to a lake, washing off his mouth and the scent of the blood.

Nicki looked around. She needed to wash off all this blood and clean her wounds....the only problem is...is that werewolf scratches don't heal quickly on vampires, and she would be left with many scars. She growled at herself. "Great...he's going to find out I got hurt and freak...." She said aloud. In no time at all, she was at home, stripping herself of her clothes and getting in the shower.

Damon looked beside him to see Stefan. "Don't worry, I'll clean it up." Stefan said. "Why bother? You've cleaned up my messes for two hundred years, Why not stop?" Damon growled. "Because it's my eternity." Stefan said and Damon smirked. "Nice." He said jokingly. "Remember when we were kids and we were getting beat by the bull whips?" Damon said. "Yea." Stefan said quietly. "Those were my happy days." Damon frowned, which made Stefan wince.

Nicki got out and wrapped a towel around her body, then looked in the mirror. Her face and chest were covered with long, deep cuts. It looked like she was attacked by a bear with claws as sharp as butcher knives. She dried out her hair and got dressed. Next, she got out makeup and started covering up what was visible. "Great...just.....great." Nicki was panicking, and tears were forming in her eyes. She kept applying make up, but it stung and more blood pumped from the cuts. "They just won't go away." She cried, her heart racing.

Damon sighed and got to his feet, "Come on." He said. "Where we going?" Stefan asked. "Cleaning the forest, humans are into those enviromental activities..." He murmured, "Good thing were not human." Stefan snorted. Damon smirked. "Thats my brother." He said in sympathy as the two walked otwards Damons mess.

Nicki grabbed her phone and started to text Damon. "Don't worry about hurrying home. I'll have dinner ready before you get back." She sent, trying not to freak out.

You don't have to make dinner...I'll explain it later, I'll be back later then I thought. If anything happens, I'll be at the boarding house. He replied and slipped his phone into his back pocket and grabbed two bodies, both females, and slung them over his shoulder.

Nicki sighed, then looked in the mirror again. "I have no clue how I'm going to hide these." She growled, setting her phone aside.

Once the bodies were buried, damon and Stefan headed back to the boarding house, and Damon immediately went to his collection of drinks that sat oon a tray behind the couch on a stand. He drank the Bourbon, and enjoyed the bitter taste of alochol, finding it comforting after what he had gone through. But, with his werewolf and vampire side both reacting to his body, he could never get that drunk without remembering it.

Nicki cleaned her wounds then stopped the bleeding. She would have to wait a while, then go back to applying more cover-up. Hopefully it would work this time.
