Hircine chuckled and morphed into his own wolf form, watching Chimere play with the little pup. The other wolves were terrified that something might happen to them if they tried to play with the Alpha--Hircine--but this pup was so young and oblivious to danger it wagged its tail and rubbed up against Wolva's hand.

"Yes." Johnny responded, blushing in embarrassment. The idea of Chimere doing something without his approval was just....stupid. Why did he even think that could happen?

(I dunno, cause I keep trying to speed their relationship up so that can happen faster?
Nny:....)

Making a strange little 'murrping' noise of contentment, Wolva realized that playing with this little wolf pup wasn't as scary as she had first thought. Breaking her gaze away from it for a moment, she chuffed a welcome to the other wolves, inviting them to come closer.

Purring softly, Chimere rested her head on Nny's chest, closing her eyes against the sunlight streaming through the holes in the roof. "You're all warm...." she murmured, moving closer.

((No... You would never do that.... /sarcasm))

(Suck, huh? Hey, can you get my soul back? It's starting to hurt...)

The wolves, at first hesitant until Hircine made a similar noise, stepped forward. The mother and omega of this little pack ran forward first, sniffing the pup to make sure he (finally chose a sex for the damn thing) was alright. It paid no mind, under the influence of any babies' lack of ability to multi-task. Soon the thing grew tired and curls up on Wolva's lap for a nap.

Johnny blushed brightly, but didn' pull away. Even with his usual fear of anything romantic, he was getting better at this, and didn't try to run away, "R-really?" He stammered. It was cold in here, what with the giant walls of ice...

((Chimere: Fine. *gives back Wormy's soul* Sorry about the tooth marks. Tiamat was chewing on it....))

Rather surprised as the wolf pup decided that she would make a nice pillow, Wolva relaxed again as she felt its heartbeat against her legs. Calming down again, she leaned back against a rock, sighing contentedly.

"Mmm.... Yessss...." Chimere murmured, exhaustion blurring her words. "Warm...." Forgetting all about Nny's fears of touch and anything romantic, she snuggled closer, acting just like a really large and dangerous cat.

(Me: *glares at Tiamat* Hey...Why did my Latin teacher give you my soul?
T: *snickers*)

Hircine finished 'talking' to the wolves, and finding them boring, took up the pup's idea. He leaned on Wolva's shoulder and licked her cheek, then tried to fall asleep.

Nny blushed even more (somehow) and held onto Chimere, making sure she wouldn't pass out and fall over, "...Okay...Um, are you tired?" He asked, a tad bit surprised that Cthulhu could get tired this easily.

Once again, Wolva was surprised by Hircine's display of affection, nearly jumping away from him. Realizing that it was only him, she relaxed again, smiling slightly. A week ago, I would have gutted Hircine. What's going on here? And do I really mind?

"It's been a rough couple of days, Nny," Chimere muttered drowsily, nuzzling him. "It really takes it out of one, especially when you're operating in a semi-mortal body." Glad that he was holding onto her, the Elder God allowed herself to lean into his arms, sighing as she felt the warm sun on her wings.

Johnny smiled weakly and nuzzled Chimere back, quickly growing used to her signs of affection, "We need rest." He murmured and shut his eyes as the sun entered the room from the hole in the ceiling, starting to warm the room just enough for him to feel comfortable, even though it was nearly ten degrees in here.

((Chimere: Probably. Most of the surviving copies of the Necronomicon are written in Latin for a reason....))

"I agree...." Chimere purred, leaning up against Nny more. "Come on; sit down." Nearly falling to the floor, she tugged at the rough edge of the furred trenchcoat, trying to pull Nny down to where she was. "The floor's warmer than it looks...."

Johnny started ot blush again, obediently sitting down as Chimere tugged him there, "It is..." He responded, then wrapped an arm around her shoulders and pulled her closer. Her body was surprisingly warm. Maybe that was just his imagination.

Nny didn't really need to pull Chimere any closer, because the second he sat down next to her, she was leaning on him. Despite all that has happened, I still feel safe like this. I hope that this feeling will never leave.... she thought to herself, wondering morbidly if he would forget her if she completely vanished from this world.
