Kyara kept trotting. "that my friend is why we go to the lake/river." she chuckled

Blaze stood and gave Kazii an annoyed but ingorant look. "Whatever." She crawled back in the water more slowly now, sitting in the cool translucent liquid. She simply sighed and rested her eyes.

.:Zual:.
Zual continued to pant. "I guess so. It's still deathly hot out."

Kazii laid down with his upper body on the shore while his lower half was in the water. A small smirk appear on his muzzle. Lifting his tail he let it hit the waters surface causing a small wave. The wave soon made its way over to Blaze.

The wave caught Blaze by suprise. It slapped her in the face, and she began choking again. She crawled ashore and had her coughing fit, then irritatedly looked at Kazii. "Seriously?! I'm trying to enjoy the water, but I keep being forced out of it by it getting in my throat!" she complained. God, she thought suddenly. I'm starting to sound like mother. She shuddered after the thought.

Not being able to control himself he started laughing. "Oh relax Blaze." He said with a chuckle. Stepping out of the water he shook his fur dry and then went to lay down in the sun to dry off.

Blaze couldn't help but chuckle a bit herself. "I suppose you're right, Kazii." She climbed back into the water for the third time, but this time laying in the shallow part near Kazii. She rolled around in the water, drifting in and out of sleep until her eyes wouldn't open again for some time.

Kazii placed a paw over his muzzle and slowly drifted off to sleep for a bit.

As Blaze awoke, the sun was halfway between the horizen and the mid-day point. She looked around to make sure nothing was changed, then looked to Kazii. "Kazii...?" she whispered. She couldn't tell if Kazii was awake or not.
