Gabe ran to grab a pistol, a few daggers, and his sword. He loaded his belt with weapons, ready to fight, who they were fighting... Well, he would soon find out, he knew that.

Jack was loading cannons as quickly as he possibly could. He was filling them, but as the ship got closer he realised he might as well just b ready for some hand-on-hand combat.

Jade glanced out of one of the cannon holes. There was no time. The enemy was almost upon them. "Wake up and join us on the main deck!" She yelled one last time and dashed away, back to the main deck. "Get ready to fire!" She could see the pirates' silouettes on the other ship now. They had to be ready now, or never.

Merr yelped as he was tipped out of his hammock, a frown on his face. Jade... What was that for? I did what you wanted me to... Listening to the rest of her speaking, he attached his belt round his waist, not caring for a shirt. It wasn't like it would protect him anyway... Growling under his breath, he pulled on some proper trousers, just to make sure they didn't fall down while he was fighting... Even if it wouldn't be embarrassing for him, he'd be put in a very awkward position in battle terms... Stepping out onto the deck, hair a mess, wearing only trousers and a belt, he smiled sheepishly over at Jade... She could have woken him up a little sooner. Who is it... He yawned before continueing. ...that we're being attacked by Cap'n?

"It looks like it could be Barbossa, but he's dead. It is his ship though." She told him. "Looks like they've got a new captain. I've no idea who it is." She continued. "Be prepared." Then she turned to look at the ship. The enemy was preparing to board. "Everybody, get ready!" Then the foe's captain was aboard. She withdrew her sword. "Fire!" And rushed forwards, eagerly entering the battle.

Several of the cannons had been blasted from both ships. jack lingered back, he knew some of this crew. Some of them were his old men, and they were eager to kill him. yes he was a pirate, yes he was a fighter, but he didn't want to walk straight into his death.

Jade blocked an attack with her sword and lauched her own attack, the swords clashing brutely. She dodged an attack from the side and ducked, slashing the sword point across the leg of one of her attackers. They fell to the ground and she turned to the first attacker, blocking every attack and trying to lauch her own. That was when the hat fell off. "Mother?" What was her mother doing, attacking her ship? Wait....... Her mother was dead!

Merr climbed up the rigging, leaping from one ship to the other. Throwing knives rained down upon the other crew, a smile plastered on his face. He only needed one knife per target, he was a good shot, but he only had a few more throwing knives before he needed to go into hand to hand combat. It wasn't his strongest type of ffighting, but he could do it if he had to...

Jade looked at her mother while the fighting continued. Her mother had stopped too. "What are you doing here?" She asked, sword by her side. "I've come to get revenge. Your father." Jade stumbled backwards. "He's dead." She told her, raising her sword. "Call your crew off, or I'll have to kill you." Her mother just shook her head, and they began fighting again. Mother and daughter were well matched. Both had the same skills, but Jade had the fighting skills of her father. Her footwork was better than that of her mother. And soon her mother was on the floor, Jade's sword at her throat. "Give it up."

Ella quickly drew out her sword a brutal man back and forth they went fighting eachother. Ella felt pain fire arcross her arm know she had been wounded. Pciking up the pace she got in a few hard blows that sent her oppenent to his knees. "hey little girl!" someone yelled. Ella turned around and slashed the thin lanky man who said that. Coming face to face with him she growled "no one ever calls me little girl. And you won't be the first" punching him hard she sent him wheeling onto the other side of the ship.
