She rolled her eyes. "Fine, I'll tell you what I know." She agreed, glaring at her brother. "Let's see...... The dragon is said to live right in the middle of the island, it gathers all sorts of things....... Breathes both fire and ice, can kill with a single look....." What else was there? There wasn't much known about it. "Get's angry extremely angry very quickly, and is large. Bigger than the Queen Anne's Revenge, apparently." She took a breath, looking between them both.

"Right. We got all the information we need. Lets get back to the Pearl." Jade had linked her hand with Merr's while Tessa talked. "We need to get onto that island quickly, so we can continue to seek what we're really looking for."

Gulping as Tessa spoke of the creature, he sighed softly, a frown twitching at his lips. Great. Sounds more and more like father the more I hear about it. He was a dragon alright... Didn't like you very much Jade Smirking once again, a slight chuckle making it's way from his throat, he returned to usual once again. Doesn't sound too bad. All I have to do is turn on the charm, give it something shiny, try to avoid becoming a human fishfinger and not meet it's gaze. Sounds like a piece of cake... Now there was no way he was going to let Jade near it... Back to the Pearl... Tessa could get herself up to speed with how everything went on...

Jade chuckled. "As my father didn't like you." She turned, signalling with a jerk of her head for Tessa to follow them, and proceeded to drag Merr along slightly. She'd rather get back to her ship as quick as possible.

Seeing the movement, Tessa followed her new captain. "You know Merr, I haven't heard from anyone since I followed you to the docks....." Their life as the children of rich, respected couple had been no fun. Now, here their were, as pirates. Of course, she'd have to pillage some more clothes from someone.

Merr just couldn't stop smiling as Jade dragged him along after her, as per usual, although it wasn't usually a physical action... She wanted to get back to the Pearl, he could understand. Glancing back over his shoulder as he heard Tessa speak, he listened carefully, nodding along with her. Well they're all so far away. I just hope that they're all alright. I mean, I never really got on with Father, mother, you or our disgrace of a sister... But the other guys and I, we were pretty close. I felt bad to leave them. You can blame her for this

"I'm sure that they're fine." She reasured him, looking ahead for the sight of the docks.

Jade heard their conversation, but she wasn't really listening. As she walked, he continued to eat the apple, and grabbed some more on their way past the stall, shoving them in her pocket. At the sight of her ship, she grinned, and threw theappl cre on the ground so they could climb up easier. "Merr, show Tessa how to untie the ropes properly, please." She planted a kiss on his cheek and proceeded to climb the rope to get aboard. Easier than calling for Nat to get the board.

Merr smirked at her, shrugging. Knowing them, both got shot, though Jazz for more honorable reasons Chuckling softly, he returned his gaze to Jade as she took some more apples from the village. Oh well... It wasn't going to make a difference. Alright Cap'n Turning back to Tessa, he smirked, gesturing at the ship. Tell me what you know. C'mon Tessa, impress me She had always been better than him at this sort of thing so she'd probably get it quicker if she didn't already know...

Tessa smirked. "Why should we go against the word of the captain?" She challenged, and stood back. "No. I'm better than you, always have been, always will. So why don't you show me what you've learnt?" The smirk grew as she talked. It was about time he showed her what he could do.

Now upon deck, Jade walked over to Nat. "It seems I ws right to trust you." She smiled, and looked at hte crew that were still working. "They've done well . You'd be a good captain, you know, Nat. If you ever wish to leave to become a captain, feel free to."

(That is so bad. I can't believe I've just typed that.)

Merr growled softly at Tessa as she spoke, getting on his nerves already... He was stupid to have believed she could have changed. I'm not going to do this again Tessa... I'm not going to try and convince myself to let you continue doing this. It was problems at home that caused me to run in the first place His tone was aggressive but his body was calm... He lost his temper too easily, always had, always would... If Tessa wanted to pick a fight, he'd give her one, but not yet. He'd give her a chance to sort herself out. Just show me what you can do, and things'll run smoother

She wasn't supprised by the way he talked, and shook her head a little. "You know it wasn't me that forced you to leave.That was father. What a plonker he was....." She trailed off, and looked at him. "Besides, this is who I am. We'll always argue Merr.Nothng we can do to stop that. It's just something siblings do." However, she did start to slowly unwind the rope, making sure she was doing everything as good as she could.

Merr sighed softly, nodding. I know... As much as he tried to pretend that he was proud to be our father, everyone knew how he felt about us... Smiling weakly, he gently patted her on the back, listening carefully to her and watching as she unwound the rope. See. That wasn't so bad. We've got to at least try to get along
