Wolfy, despite his slight stature, was very strong. He was much like his name sake in that, being able to take down or, in this case, pick up something that looked like it was too big for him. He set Kat down on the couch, handing her the controller and hitting the button for continuing the video.

Tango rolled her eyes back. "You can't mean Maza. That little colt had suck long, skinny legs! And don't get me started on that mane of his! Always so long and fluffed out..." She smiled, though, shaking her head. It had been a long time since she'd seen her brother. "Well, I'm on my way to find the old herd. I can't stay long, but..." She didn't finish, almost afraid to admit she'd become attached to a human.

The girl laughed, thankful he hadn't dropped her or had a clumsy moment. She held onto the controller, watching the video, more prepared for shooting zombies and all now.

Luna chuckled, nodding her head. " Surprisingly, yes. That is the brute I'm speaking of. You'll just need to see for yourself. " She she darting forward with a smile. " And why not? I haven't seen you in years and you're already speaking about leaving! "

Wolfy fell back into zombie hunter mode, though he kept casting little glances back at Kat through the corner of his eye. He couldn't help it, he just loved looking at her. He had kissed her, and she had kissed him back!

Tango looked around, nervous now. "Well, you see... I have a, uh... a boy, back at the ranch." She hoped she would be able to leave it at that, but something in her gut said that it was a slim chance, so she changed to subject instead. "Oh! This is Spirit, by the way. Stallion, this is my old friend, Luna." She only used his name when introducing him to someone else, always going back to calling him stallion.

She could feel his glances, even being in zombie slayer mode. Kat took down a few easily, and glanced over to Wolfy. " You could always pause the game.. " The girl said smiling, taking down another zombie.


The mare was appalled her friend, so wild and free had an owner, but smiled. " Seems nice if he lets you go off like this... I may just join you there. " She said chuckling. Then she turned her attention to Spirit, nodding her head. " Brute. " He nodded his head in return. " Mare. "

Wolfy shook his head. "Nope. Resident Evil games don't really pause..." He stopped moving his character, letting him get eaten by zombie dogs. "But, you could always do that and start over later!" He smiled shyly, looking over at Kat.

Tango snorted. "Oh, brother..." She laughed to herself, though, and carried on in their journey. "If you'd like to join me, I'm certain Wolfy won't mind. It took him months to get on my back without getting tossed, but he never gave up, and we're bonded now. But, with you, I'll bet he'll let you just run around the pasture wherever you want." She smiled, turning to look at her old friend.

((when should they get to the place? There's only gonna be one horse there, after all...))

She smiled, setting her remote down and allowing herself neck to be chewed by a zombie. " Exactly.. " Kat said softly, her gray eyes bright as she looked at him.

The mare chuckled and tossed her head. " Pasture? Maybe I'll just stick around the area with you guys.. " Luna suggested, only considering for a moment of letting this boy ride her. That is, if she found him trustworthy.

Wolfy scooted closer to Kat, his heart pounding in his chest. He had no idea what she had going on in her mind, but he would certainly let her make the first move toward it.

Tango heard a distinct noise in the distance, her ears twitching. Snarling, barking, howling... it was wolves, and they were fighting with something. She raced forward, peering out of the trees at the scene before her...

A large silver stallion reared, surrounded by three big wolves, members of a hunting patrol. His black mane billowed in the wind, his tail whipping in the face of one of the wolves. He struck out with his front hooves, making the first two back up, then he lunged forward and kicking his back hooves out, sending the third wolf flying backwards into a tree. They all ran off, leaving the stallion standing alone in the clearing, untouched by the wolves fangs.

She smiled, her heart pounding just as much, possibly more. Kat moved until she was on his lap, and wrapped her arms around his neck, moving her fingers into his hair. Then, she pressed her lips softly to his, closing her eyes in content.

The mare and stallion raised their heads and went after her, both eyes wide when they saw the scene. Luna tossed her head, grinning. Spirit stayed where he was, watching the three, all looking so belonging to the wild...

Wolfy fell into a sort of trance, wrapping his arms around Kat's neck and pulling her close. He sighed happily between kisses, never having felt quite so at peace before.

Tango raced out to embrace the silver stallion, putting her head over his shoulder. "Oh, Maza! I missed you so much!" Her heart was pounding in her chest, and she felt light as air in that moment.

Maza looked shocked for a moment, then returned the embrace. "Tango! Oh, Tango, I thought I'd never see you again!" He pulled back and pawed the ground happily. "I'm so glad you're okay!"

She smiled beneath his lips, her fingers entangled in his soft hair, tugging gently. Kat loved being so close to him... feeling so wanted and loved for the first time in her life.

The mare tossed her head in delight, trotting over to the reunited brother and sister. " Nice to see you again brute. " She said chuckling. Luna offered a small smile, standing at Tango's side.
Spirit stayed back, watching the wild horses converse. He smiled, glad that Tango had found her brother.
