Kat nodded, taking the kit and opening it. She grabbing the piping bag, opened it, and began to stuff her homemade frosting inside. Once that was done, she set it in the fridge and went over to the bowl, pink frosting rimming the sides. " Try some. " She said, dipping her finger in then licking the sweet pastry topping.

He chuckled, easily gaining enough speed to join at her side. " Glad to hear you care so much about me. "

Wolfy swiped his finger along the side, sticking it in his mouth and leaving it there for a moment. He seemed to be tasting it very carefully. Then, he pulled his finger out and nodded. "Awesome." He said the word like a sophisticate would say something snooty, his face very serious before it broke out in a wide grin.

Tango rolled her eyes. "I just don't want to have to wait for you, is all." She stuck her nose in the air, then looked at Spirit with a smile.

Katherine laughed at how stuck up and sophisticated he sounded. " Wolfy you fail. " She said as he broke character, giggling. Kat swiped a bit more frosting, and licked it, enjoying the not too sweet taste.

*hmm... should Kat and Wolfy have a romance moment soon? XDDD*

He chuckled, catching up and nuzzling her chin. " Sure, that's it. "

"No way, I win. I win so hard." He smirked, grabbing Kat's hand and licking the remaining frosting off her fingers.

Tango ducked under a bramble vine, then darted ahead a bit, coming to their first clearing. "We should stop for a moment, get water while we can." She knew what it was like to wander through the trees and fields, having to go days without water, even if they got some from the plants they ate. Her mother always taught her to eat mostly in the very early mornings, when there was dew on the grass.

She laughed as he licked her fingers, squirming a bit at how odd it felt. " Wolfy! " Kat said laughing, scooping up some with her other hand and smearing it on his lips.

The stallion sighed, really feeling the adrenaline pumping at the time being. He wanted to keep going, but knew it was best to listen to the wild mare's orders. Spirit slowed in the clearing, staying at Tango's side, ears pricked forward and alert.

Wolfy froze for a moment, his eyes reflecting the tumultuous thoughts in his head. He seemed to be fighting himself for a moment, then... he leaned in and pressed his frosting coated lips against Kat's, pausing for a moment before darting back slightly, his cheeks crimson and his chest heaving from his rapid breathing. He bit his lip, nervously.

Tango spotted a small spring and drank heavily, filling her stomach as best she could, without it feeling uncomfortable. "Drink all you can manage, but no more than that. You don't need to be galloping on a full stomach." She stepped back slightly, a smile on her face. Finally, she had a use for her knowledge.

Her laughing came to an end as he paused, like he was lost in thought or something. The his lips met hers.. it surprised her, but she closed her eyes, kissing back gently until he pulled away. She looked up at him, and smiled, stepping forward and wrapping her arms around him, pressing her lips to his once again. There wasn't much need for words at the moment..

Spirit trotted after her, lowering his head and gratefully drinking the water, quenching his thirst. Once he had enough, he stepped back, giving a soft toss of his head. " Alright mare. Which way now?

Wolfy was shocked for a moment, expecting Kat to hit him at first. Then, when she kissed him back, he made a subtle growling sound in the back of his throat, a vibrating rumble. It was primal, animalistic, and something that he normally would never do. But, then again, he usually didn't go kissing girls, either. Or anyone, for that matter!

Tango lifted her head, rotating her ears with her eyes closed. Then, they burst open, and she began to walk away from the sun, toward where it would eventually set. "This way. I don't know how I know, but... it's this way!" She picked up the pace, fueled entirely by determination.

She kissed him so sweetly, so gently, and although the sound startled her, she refused to end just yet. When she needed a breath, she slowly pulled back, her cheeks hot with blush and a small smile on her lips. Kat looked down, her arms still wrapped around him. There wasn't much she could think to say without making herself sound stupid.

The stallion chuckled, tearing after her again down a new path. He trusted her instincts, even though he faintly felt the urge to go that way.
