Amanda twirled he hand around a blade of grass. "I haven't gotten to explore the more of this area. I've been working on ti. It's a lovely place." she said quietly.

"The plans always change. Right now I've been thinking about being a journalist. Meet interesting people, instead of the ones i always deal with. Do some real good with words. But you never know" He said his mind swimming with his words.

Joseph nodded, "Then let's go!" he yelled, picking Amanda up and slinging her over his shoulder again. He couldn't believe how light she was, and for a moment he wondered if she was eating enough. Of course he wasn't about to voice these thoughts, and with a battle cry he took off towards the woods. He stopped at the edge of the trees, placing Amanda down gently before asking, "Which way, my lady?" He flicked his hair out of his face and smiled.

Kandice nodded, "Do it," she encouraged, laughing a bit. She looked around at the trees, then came up with an idea. "TAG!" she screamed, poking him before running off in the direction they had been walking.

Amanda smiled. She couldn't help but be overly happy with his enthusiasm. We he sat her down she quickly looked around. She mutter quietly to herself "And I took the rode less traveled by" She looked around. Closed her eyes and ended up pointing to the left.

Jacob stood there for a moment and laughed. After he thought he finally chased her.

Joseph grinned, "left it is, come on!"Without thinking he took her hand and dashed off in the direction she had been pointing. After a while he slowed down, without letting go of her hand he began to walk. His eyes danced across the many trees that now consumed them in their may depths. His eyes traveled back down to Amanda and he smiled again, "Isn't it beautiful?"

Kandice turned around, and as she realized he was chasing her she sped up. Her hair blew behind her as the wind danced across her face. She smiled, loving the feeling.

Amanda laughed as he pulled to the left. She looked around, he eyes scanning it, taking her minutes to say "yes, yes it is"

Jacob sped up to go after her. He smiled, happy to just be outside at the monemt.

He laughed, then continued to walk further. His eyes took in ever detail of the forest before coming to rest on a large rock in the distance. Smiling, he pulled her towards it. He lifted her on top of it, then jumped on to it himself. The view was amazing, and to his relief you could see everything from up there. The way home looked to be due north, he kept that in mind as he observed his surroundings even more.

Kandice, startled by his quick burst of speed, struggled to run faster. She failed, and laughed as he began to gang up on her.

Amanda smiled. She looked out from the rock, her eyes sparkling with awe. Her hand slid slowly across the rock with out looking at it. She liked the feel of it, strange as it seemed. He other hand mindlessly lingered on her pocket.

Jacob finally caught up to her and garbed her her shoulder lightly.

Kandice squeeled, laughing as she turned around.

Joseph watched her, smiling to himself. "Watcha thinking about?" he whispered.

Jacob laughed, forgetting that he should probably run.


"this is one of those places, that i could sit here for hours and never get bored. It's one of the place you fell like only exist in books. But it's right here." amanda said in hushed voice, as is speaking loudly would shatter the image.

Kandice stopped abruptly, then spun on her heel to face him. Her breath came out in small rasps, and her face was barely flushed a light crimson color. Smiling, she motioned for him to hurry up before continuing to walk in the direction of the trees.

Joseph watched her silently, but didn't say a word. He layed his hand lightly on top of hers, barely caressing her skin before pulling away and looking off into the distance. "True," he let out a nervous laugh, "I've always loved it here."
