When Paula left with Elizabeth, the dinner was being plated out and he brought it up the stairs to his master's study, knocking before entering and placing it down with a brief explanation as he had calmly bowed and stepped back.

Ciel looked up at his butler for only a moment, he only ate a few bites, one to be exact and then went back to working.

Sebastian sighed in irritation, placing one hand against his faceas he tried to keep his calm demeanor. it was very difficult to do so.
"Young master, you know full well that you do need to eat. I won't be making you anything else until morning."

[...Doll...]

Ciel looked up at sebastain and frowned a bit. "Are you okay?" he asked worriedly.
He frowned a bit and kept his gaze on his butler.

"Yes master, I'm perfectly fine."
He had responded, dropping his hand back to his side with an exhale as his crimson gaz elocked unwaveringly on his young master. But yet, it could all just be a perfectly placed lie.
He had been ordered not to lie, but he could bend the truth all he wanted...
Perhaps he meant 'perfectly fine compared to other days'?
Nobody could ever tell with him. He was so good at masking it all behind faked smiles.
"Why do you ask?"

"You looked annoyed, and you had your hand to your face," he said and ate another bite of the food.
He went back to work. He wasn't going to sleep much tonight...

"It's nothing for you to worry about, master."
He had spoken calmly, keeping his eyes locked on the boy as he frowned. This boy was going to work himself all night, wasn't he? He knw all too well how that hadn't worked last time.
Suddenly, there was a smash from the window behind Ciel's chair and a flash of red before Sebastian was tackled in a tight hug.
"Sebas-Chan!~"

Ciel glared at the red haired shinigami. He knew he was going to get jealous if he stayed, and do something stupid Sebatsain would likely tease him for.
He had stopped doing his work and turned around seeing the window broken.

Grell had grinned a cheshire grin, releasing him and clasping his hands together, puckering his lips as his eyes closed and he leaned in...
To get a face full of floor when he leaned too far and Sebastian ahd stepped away.
"Grell, what a... Lovely surprise."

Ciel glared and stood up. "Why are you here?" he asked obviously unhappy he was here and flirting with sebastain.
