Lily fell into step with Tifa.
"So how does it feel?" she asked.
"What?" Tifa said, already knowing the answer.
"I have a feeling you know what I mean." said Lily, walking away to join the argument between Vincent, Reno, Zack, Aerith, and Yuffie, too.

As Lily approached th group, Reno said, "Look there, V, your new goth-looking girlfriend!"
Vincent replied with yet another punch.
"Vincent!" pleaded Zack and Aerith simultaneously.
"Yay!" Screamed Yuffie at the same moment Lily said, "Well done."

"Mr. Emo, you forgot your homework back at the classroom." Hojo said from behind Vincent. Vincent turned around to look at the smirking Hojo. For a moment, his eyes glowed red, and it seemed that he got a bit taller...
"Thank you, Professor Hobo." Vincent said with malice.
"Now, now, don't make me send to you the principal." Hojo countered.
"Fine. I don't care." Vincent said coldly, as Hojo stalked off.
The others had been watching this display with great interest.
"Hey, how did your eyes glow?" Reno asked.
"How did you get taller?" Lily inquired.
"Why do you really hate Hojo?" questioned Aerith.
"What WAS that?" asked an awed Zack.
"VINCENT I LOVE YOU!!!" screamed a group of his fangirls.
"Follow me outside, and I'll show you." said Vincent.
They headed outside, after getting Tifa and Cloud, to the dark area behind the school that no one ventured to... except for them.
"So?" said Reno.
"Answer our questions."
"One. The reason I hate Hojo. 10 years ago, I was in love with a woman named Lucrecia."
"10 years ago!?" asked the stunned Yuffie.
"Let him finish." said Lily.
"Lucrecia... wouldn't accept my love. She chose Hojo instead, even though she disliked him and he was much older than her. The two used their baby for an experiment... I tried to stop her, but she wouldn't listen. I was apparently a nuisance to Hojo for trying to stop him and Lucrecia from performing the experiment, and he shot me."
"What!?" interrupted Yuffie again.
"Shut up, Yuffie." said Cloud.
"Lucrecia found me, almost dead. She took pity on me, and gave me something... I don't know what... that allowed me to turn into a beast, and be able to control it. I stayed sleeping for another 5 years, never aging. Then I finally woke up, and found I could turn into a monster whenever I pleased. The monster inside me always wants to emerge whenever I see Hojo. End of story."
"Well? Turn into the monster!" said Reno.
Vincent then transformed into a humanoid monster with bat's wings and a mask-like thing that only allowed one glowing red eye to show.
"Happy now?" said Chaos, as he turned back into Vincent. That is what I really am."

Jake hummed, then walked right into Vincent's back, sending him sprawling. "Oops..." he said

Vincent got up, brushed himself off, and walked away without a backward glance. Then, without warning, he turned into Chaos and launched a ball of energy at Jake, knocking him unconscious. In a second, Chaos wan back as Vincent again, who collapsed, just as unconscious as Jake. The others, who had been watching from a distance, just stood there, motionless.
"Well, what the devil are we all waiting for? Take them to the nurse!" said Lily after some time.
"But, they're heavy…" moaned Reno.
"Oh yeah?" countered Lily, lifting Vincent over her shoulder effortlessly.
"Oh… I feel pathetic." said Reno, struggling to lift Jake.
"I'll help!" offered Cloud and Zack at the same time.
"Why don't you two just carry him?" said Reno, watching Lily walk away with Vincent hanging limp over her shoulder.
"Alright… and don't feel foolish. He really is heavy… Lily's just strong. And I've heard that she likes Vince, too."
"True statement!" said Lily from a distance. "Man, it took you numbskulls an AGE to figure it out."
"Well, then." said Tifa.
"Interesting!" said Aerith.
Yuffie's face looked something like this: º.º'
"But… but…"
"Don't cry, Yuffie, even if the odds Vincent will like you more than Lily are extremely low now." commented Reno helpfully.
Yuffie burst into tears.
"Awkward…" Cloud told Zack as they were trying to catch up with Lily.

~A year later. The world is in a state of crisis. Sephiroth and Nero and Weiss are competing to destroy the world; Sephiroth with powerful black magic, and Nero and Weiss with a huge monster. The characters mentioned before the villains are trying to save the world, although it seems impossible.~

~~the Hideout of Nero and Weiss~~
Nero: Those children are beginning to annoy me, dear brother. As is that other silver haired man.
Weiss: We'll get rid of them all, in time. You must be patient, Nero.
Nero: Yes, Weiss. But I'm killing those two who call themselves Kaila and Jake.
Weiss laughed evilly. "They're all your's, little brother. They're all your's."

Jake walked to school, his revolver is his backpack. he had recieved it for his birthday.

Kaila hummed as she drove to school, her poniard nestled in the glove box of doom!

~Meanwhile, Sephiroth was scheming in the city of Midgar, unnoticed.~
"If I kill that Aerith girl, my plans should run perfectly. She is the only one who has any chance to stop me. Then, I shall cast the darkest of all black magic; SuperNova." he said.

~As Sephiroth was plotting this, the heroes and heroines were trying to find a way to save the Planet.~
"The only one who can defeat the monster Nero and Weiss are going to summon is Chaos--in other words, me." Vincent said.
"I have the only counter spell to SuperNova, so..." Aerith continued.
"You know, Aerith, Sephiroth is probably gonna try to kill you. Same with you, Vince, but in your case it's Nero and Weiss." Zack added.
Aerith and Vincent already knew this.
"Why don't we get bodyguards?" Aerith asked.
Cloud, Tifa, and Zack ended up being Aerith's bodyguards, while Vincent, (insisting that he didn't need them) got Yuffie, Lily, and Reno.
"What do you think we should do, Lily?" Cloud asked.
"I say we shoot 'em all dead." Lily said plainly, holding up her pistols.
"Not a bad idea. Let's just fight until they drop!" said Reno excitedly.
"Or WE drop..." said Vincent under his breath as everyone else began agreeing.

"HeyLilyHeyLilyHeyLilyHeyLily. Guess what?" Kaila said coming up behind Lily and putting her hands on Lily's shoulders.

"Dang it, how many times do I have to tell you not to do that?" said Lily angrily, pointing her pistols at Kaila instinctively.
"Whoa, no need to shoot her, Lil. She just wants to tell you that Jake FINALLY broke up with her, and about time, too," said Reno with a smirk. "Who knows how he stayed with her this long?" Everyone else--besides Vincent--began to snicker.
"Very true!" said Lily with a nod.
