:Ilianda:
She licked her paw thoughtfully, understanding but not liking what she was hearing. "It just makes me feel like I've abandoned them, and with...recent events." She replied, looking meaningfully at Abhay, "They probably don't think kindly of me right now." She pulled herself up to a sitting position, trying to ignore the sharp bursts of pain in her hindquarters and sides. She flicked her tail at what was left of the carcass. "It'd be best if we take a leg to...your mother."

He forced the fur along his spine to remain laying flat. "There were better ways this could have been brought about, Namir." He said the name forcefully, tinged with disgust. He waited a only a moment after Namir's form could barely be seen through the underbrush before forcing his legs to move quickly, possibly quicker than he'd ever have to. He ran alongside the old enemy, making sure to keep just out of clear sight and judging the other leopard's paws, leapt towards Namir when all four paws were off the ground. He summoned every ounce of ferocity into a snarl as he aimed for a hock. He was only in the air a few seconds, but to his surprise, he accepted the fact that this may be his very last war cry. He pushed away with his front paws, claws digging in, while he felt his fangs close around flesh.
