She let out the breath she'd held in an audible exhale, a smile replacing her formerly worried expression. Moving her head to her own paws, her smile broadened as the female kit tottered over to her and began trying to climb her face. The little paws tickled, but she felt utterly content now showing in her body's tension fading. Careful to speak without scaring the little one, she spoke softly. "I know, love. How about Vherinaya, or Zemari. or Aveda, or even Tinari...?" A green light flicked on off as she opened and closed her eye at the kit's actions. A light chuckle escaped her.

He grinned while watching the little female try and climb a mountain it seemed like. He glanced down at the feeling on his paws, noticing the small male clambering over them now. "Hm. I like the sound of Tinari." He nudged the male softly with his nose to move him over slightly so he could lower his head. "They defiantly are full of adventure it seems like." He glanced over at Ilianda. "So how long are they required to stay in the cave?" He closed one of his eyes when the young male leaned up against his face and seemed to refuse to move.

:Ilianda:
Carefully, she turned her head, the female kit giving a high squeak and sliding off Ilianda's face to the sandy floor. Immediately, the kit began crying, high insistent squeaks that tugged at the mother's heart. Initially a little shocked at such a pair of lungs, she reached out within seconds and murmuring softly, picked the golden kit up in her jaws. Instinctively the kit fell silent and went limp until Ilianda deposited her on her own paws to comfort her. Purr intensifying, she began to groom the kit with long strokes of her tongue. "I do too." Ilianda added between strokes looking at Abahy lovingly. Thinking for a moment as the grooming calmed both her and kit she said with a flick of her tail towards the entrance, "Another few days and then I don't think I'll be able to stop them from wanting to discover whats out there."

He smiled at the now named Tinari let out some rather loud cries when she fell. He kept his head still as he felt the male kit shift around slightly before settling down again against his face. A small chuckle escaped him before glancing at Ilianda. "I'm surprised they got so big in such little time. I can't wait to see how they take to being outside." He opened his eye slightly and looked at the little white figure pushed up against his face. "So any ideas for this little guy?"

:Ilianda:
Satisfied the newly named Tinari was calmed as she pulled away, Ilianda focused on Abhay. Flicking her ears at the slight rays of heat brought by the sunlight hitting them, she thought for a moment. "Its a tradition for a male heir to be name after the father. Its not always followed by I like names beginning with 'A'...especially a certain leopard's." She said softly, smirking as she adjusted her position to allow Tinari access to her belly.

He let a grin spread across his face. "Oh really now?" He leaned against her playfully before lifting his head which in turn caused a little squeak of disruption from the creamy looking male. "So 'A' names then?" He flicked his ears in though. "Ahote... Akule... Anoki... Uh... Awon... That's all I got so far." He gave a small shrug of his shoulders. "Any of those sound good or do you have any ideas?" He smiled slightly before nudging the small male with his nose. "I wish I knew a name meaning brave, he's shown plenty of it."

Chuckling, she leaned over and playfully nibbled his ear. Then, for a moment her focus was on the creamy male at its reaction, her mind whirring with the nasty little thoughts of the larger male causing harm. Ears flicking irritably, she said softly,"I wonder if other mothers feel...that their mate is..." She frowned, watching Abhay's face. "Atreus, Avarette....? Arten?"

He purred lightly when she nibbled on his ear, his chest rumbling deeply though. Although, her words caught his attention. "Feel that their mate is what...?" Abhay kept his gaze on her, his look sort of doubtful about what she was going to bring up. The last thing he wanted was to be kept away from his kits because of a feeling she had. "You know I could never hurt them. Ilianda, you know I wouldn't so much as lift a paw in their direction." He softened his gaze. "But if it makes you feel better, I will stay away if and when you ask of it." He trailed off a bit before naming a few more names off. "Aloki, Arawin, Akua, Atsu..."

:Ilianda:
Watching the little male curl up in a tight ball against the large, sharply contrasting yellow paw, she said, "Its just always there, in the back of my mind." Her gaze softened when she looked back at Abhay. "I know, love." Her voice changed slightly, tone becoming a little more serious. "No, you must see and be with them. They're our kits." She reached over and rubbed her head against his before pulling back, twisting carefully, exposing her creamy white belly fur and enlarged teats, and laying her head against the sand, eyes half closed. "I like Atreus and Arawin."

He let out sigh that he hadn't realized he had been holding in while waiting for her response. He let a purr escape him when she rubbed her head against his. Running his tongue over her ear closest to him, he lowered his head on her shoulder lightly. All the while trying not to disturb the curled up kit by his paw. "Arawin means 'unrestrained wildness.' It was supposed to be my name until I decided to take a meal from my father, which my mother says I acted fearless. So hence, I was stuck with Abhay..." He let out a soft sigh and flicked his tail so it wrapped around his hind quarters. "Atreus sounds nice too though."
