"Come on, it's not that bad. At least your not getting abused all day. You'll be by me during the day, can't be that bad." Noah smiled, "It's just for another week, a week isn't going to kill you." Noah held her hand in his and squeezed it gently, silently telling her it's going to be ok.

"You don't understand though. I just got a job and now i'm gonna get fired." Briar sighed, a sad look in her eyes.

Noah scoffed, "Getting fired at a job isn't the worst thing Briar. If you want a life, you need to follow the justice system. It may take a while for you to get a real life but it's worth it. I can't make decisions for you Briar, you need to decide if you want a life or you want to keep doing your criminal life." Noah sighed, he didn't say anything after that.

"Ya. I made myself a life, now you wanna ruin it. Good bye." Briar said, standing up and starting for the door. She was very offended.

Noah sighed, "Why are you blaming me? You did this to yourself, you made your past choices and you are regretting them that's not unusual. You can't just break the law and get away with it Briar. If you want a life you'll have to go through the consequences of the choices you made in the past. After that is dealt with then you can start a new life but you can't just expect me to just let you off the hook." He said it in a very calm tone, he didn't want to yell at Briar.

Briar didn't turn around. She walked out the door and onto the side walk, leaving the door wide open. The sunlight shone on her skin.

Noah sighed, he got up and shut the door. He got a glass of water and went to bed, he needed to rest. He thought about Briar and her past choices, 'she can't just get away with it.' Noah then got up, he called Kini. Soon she was at his door, "Where's your phone?" Noah gave Kini his phone, Kini then went back into the office and tracked down where the number was. "There, there is Briar. Let's go!" Noah had just turned in Briar, 'I'm so sorry Briar.' Kini and the other agents to where Briar was. "Don't move." Kini held up her gun and cuffed Briar. "Looks like Noah turned you in, he's finally being a real agent." Kini put Briar in the back seat of her car and she drove to the office. "You have anything to say?" She asked it as she shoved Briar in her cell.

Briar had an hurt look on her face and wouldn't talk to anyone or anything. She kept her eyes looking at the ground and she was doing everything she could not to say anything. Once again, she had trusted Noah and he had broken it.

Kini left Briar's cell, she went to pick up Noah and she brought him over to the office. He walked past Briar, "I'm sorry." He looked at her and continued to walk into the next door. There they talked about their missions and Noah's recovery, the entire time Noah was thinking about Briar and how bad he felt for putting her in the cell. He then pushed away all the people and walked up to Briar's cell, "It's just a week, after the week. You can live a free life, I can get you a job. I can give you a life Briar, you just need to be punished by your past actions."

Briar didn't look up, though she did hear. She studdied her nails.
