Patti nodded. "To class, then." Her spirits had slowly dropped, and she turned, walking in the direction to Steins class. Liz followed, still troubled by what Kid had said and her sisters change in moods.
Obviously Kaito was up to something.
He had made Black*Star jealous.
Was that his whole point here...?
Surely not, right? Liz frowned. It could very well be a scheme of Cromias. And she only hoped Black*Star would learn and avoid that situation.

Degan gulped, taking a good two steps back. "Oh my. I'm so sorry. I did not mean to. So sorry. Don't kill me. I have life left!" He pouted, bowing his head as he awaited her fury. She'd slaughter him...he was very afraid of her. He shouldn't be, but he definintely was. She was so scary...he felt like he was going to have to beg for his life at her feet.

Kid pushed open the door to his Fathers room, slowly walking down the hall to the center platform. Spirit was there, and as his Father turned around from the mirror, Kids eyes went down. He didn't dare look up, and wouldn't unless he had to.
"I take it your here for the souls, mm~?" Shinigami inquired.
"Yes," Kid said, still adverting both of their gazes.
In a few quick movements, all of the souls that had been collected were in the room, floating aimlessly.

Black*Star nodded and he and Tsubaki started to walk to class as well.
Tsubaki was thinking about what Kid had said, looking at Black*Star. I hope he might figure it out....but we won't know now.... She sighed and kept walking to class.

Red*star didn't glare at Degan, since her bangs covered her eyes, but she was growling. "Listen, I've been a human wall twice today." She tossed her head and her bangs fell to the side. Her dark, cold eyes now glared at Degan. "I'm not in the best mood." She spoke slowly and with edge.

Liz let out a faint sigh and pushed open the door to Steins room, stepping in alongside Patti. She walked up to her seat, not really wanting to sit through a class. Maybe they'd be dong some fighting..but she really hated having to Meister Patti, or vice versa. She'd rather have Kid do it. But he wasn't necessarily a student here anymore, was he?
She sat down, instantly putting her elbows on the desk and cradling her head in her hands as she gazed boredly down at Professor Stein, wondering what todays lesson would be on.

Maka closed her book once she saw Liz and the rest walk in. She narrowed her eyes, wondering why everyone looked so...suspicious. She could feel Kids presence, that was no doubt. She couldn't help but wonder why Black*Star and Tsubaki had anything to do with him. Liz and Patti, she understood completely, but didn't the assassin and the shinigami hate each other? She looked back to her book, but didn't really want to read it for once. She wanted to figure out what was going on with that group.

Degan's eyes were wide, and he was almost trembling. "I had no idea, I'm sorry I ran into you! It won't happen again!" When wasn't she not in the best mood? He wondered what her good moods were, if this was not her best. Well, she wasn't ripping him to shreds yet with her claws or vaporizing him with her threatening gaze, so it might not be her best mood, but it probably wasn't her worst either.

Kid also quickly performed his own konso, leaving the room almost empty again.
"T-thank you..." He said in a low voice, before slowly turning.
"Wait!" Shinigami said, hopping over to his son.
"What?"
"You know you can always come back here if you don't like it there." Shinigami was obviously just desperate-then again, who wuldn't be, having your own son on the opposite side as you? Possibly fighting against him? That wasn't what he wanted at all. He knew Spirit would probably talk to him later about it, but he didn't care at the moment.

Black*Star walked in, followed by Tsubaki. They sat in their usual spot, and waited for class to start.

"Alright, class," Stein rolled up, pushing his glasses up. "Since we're almost done with cleaning up, I thought today, you'll have it easy." He looked around at the class. (What do you think? Team battles? Or 1x1?)

Red*Star growled again. She tossed the rest of her bangs to the side. "Now leave before you become a stain on the floor, got it?"

Spirit watched, hands in his pockets and eyes narrowed. "As much as I hate to say it, but Shinigami's right, Kid."

Liz let out a sigh of relief. Finally...she was tired of cleaning, and a slower paced day would do her some good. Although she knew that it'd probably be some practice fight, she didn't mind too much. And for once it wouldn't be a pitch between Kid and Black*Star. That got old at times, the two and their constant rivlary. But right now, she actually would like to see the two fight. Not seriously, but how they used to frequently.

"Right, right!" Degan said, quickly whirling around and speedwalking down the hall. He wasn't dead, and that was a good thing.
But she was so intimidating!
He couldn't help but be thankful she hadn't made him a stain on the floor. Although he probably would become one if that happened again.

Kid kept his mouth closed for a few seconds, before turning around and looking at both of them. "It's not really that simple. I've got my own deal made with her. Plus Cromia's likely to hold off the attacks with me there. And if her next action goes as she wants, then I've got a bit of a plan myself. I'll be back," He added. That was very true.
If Cromia got Kaito to make Black*Star incredibly jealous, the assassin would leave. With him at the castle as well, slowly, they could get everyone against her with their own sorts of deals and bribes. It wouldn't take much. Taking her down from the inside would be the only way to do it.
"So for now, I'll have to decline coming back here."

Stein looked at the class again. "Team battles today." He rolled to the side. "Get into your teams, students." He rolled behind his desk as waited.

Black*Star nodded to Tsubaki. "C'mon." The two stood up and walked down.

Red*Star huffed, her bangs falling back onto her eyes. She stormed off.

Spirit nodded. "Alright."

Liz smiled over at Patti, and the two stood up, joining Black*Star and Tsubaki's team. Maka and Soul had moved down to be with them as well, although when Liz passed the girl, they seemed to lock eyes if only for a moment. Like Maka was expecting something..Liz couldn't quite understand it, but the girl was obviously suspicious of the Thompson sisters as well.
Which, Liz could hardly blame her. After all they were Kids Weapons. But they weren't with him right now..Liz shook it off and prepared for the battle. Opposing them was Ox, Kim, and Kilik.

Shinigami said nothing else, even as Kid turned to leave. He couldn't protest, and knew that he was level headed. Kid knew what he was doing, certainly. So how could he try and stop him, when that was his wish?
Then again, it seemed like it was to their benefit. He had a plan-whatever that was-and was against Cromias ways, even from the inside. So, Shibusen had nothing to worry about..too much.
Besides Pyro. He was always a problem.
If they somehow did manage to take out the Witch, then all that would be left was the Kishin.
Like last time...

Black*Star cracked his knuckles. "Ready, Tsubaki?" He turned to his partner with a smile saying, 'I'm ready to win this.'
Tsubaki smiled and nodded. She was surrounded by a bright light, then was changing shape, and flying into Black*Star's hands. Next second, Black*Star stood, Tsubaki as a chain scythe.

Spirit rubbed the back of his head with a slight sigh.

"Alright~!" Patti said, grinning as she morphed into a pink light, landing in her sisters hands as a gun.
Liz smiled, but felt that pang again. She really shouldn't be the one holding the pistol, but would have to get over it for now as she saw the opposing team also switching to their weapon forms.
Maka twirled the scythe form of Soul around a few times, before stopping abruptly and placing the bottom end of the weapon on the ground. She was determined, even if it was just this practice battle.

Kim now held the lantern form of Jackie, her eyes meeting Makas briefly. She didn't smile like she normally would out of fighting, as now they were opponents. She kept her gaze even, with not much emotion showing on her face.

Shinigami sighed. "Well now, I suppose all we can do is wait and train. By the way it sounded Cromia is planning something. We should be prepared, for anything. Despite the deal we made over the souls, that Witch doesn't seem like she'd hold up to her word about not attacking. Or reverse it somehow. Whatever the case..we defend our school, and Death City."

Black*Star had his eyes closed, and opened them, standing in a stance. His eyes were focused on his opponent. Every time he fought, he remembered the fighting style of Judo that was taught when he was still a baby. How they use it for killing, not sport. But Black*Star was taught to fight for servile.

"Ready, Harvar?" Ox said, pushing his goggles up on his nose.
Harvar nodded and burst into yellow light, and morphed into a spear and into Ox's hands.

Kilik looked at Pot of Fire and Pot of Thunder. He nodded at the two, then they did a small dance, then fit onto Kilik's hands.
