Sasaki smiled, her tail fluffing with joy as she nuzzled against Ikari's neck happily. "I'm hoping you won't do anything to make me change my mind." She said, whispering with her breath brushing aganst Ikari's neck while her tail curled around her and Ikari. Ryzo couldn't stop himself from playing with Sasaki's tail. She looked down, blushng a bit when she realized that he might have been listening to them. Ryzo just smiled up at Sasaki, his tail wagging happily before he blurted, "Big sister!" hopping up and attempting to pounce into Sasaki, kind of failing since Sasaki's tail had prevented him from jumping at all.

"Little brother," Ikari laughed as he ruffled Ryzo's hair. He picked him up from where he was and moved over a bit, placing Ryzo between them gently and peering down at him with mock concern. "Now just how much did you hear, young man?" Ikari asked with a wag of his finger. But he couldn't help a smile from giving away his playful scheme.

Ryzo wagged his tail, looking up at Ikari. His tongue was hanging out of his mouth, making it evident that he was enjoying this. "Sasaki is gonna be my big sister!" Ryzo shouted, being olivious to the situation they were in. Sasaki had become distracted, her ear twitching. "Ikari... I don't hear anything..." She said in a hushed tone, leaning close so that Ryzo wouldn't hear her.

Ikari blushed and smiled weakly at Ryzo. "Maybe at some point in the future little guy," he said with a light laugh and a rub to the back of his neck. He then focused his attention on Sasaki, giving her a worried expression. "What do you mean...?" he trailed off, obviously concerned. He pulled away from Sasaki and gripped her shoulder too tightly by accident. "Outside? Or personally?" he mouthed, hoping Sasaki would get the message.

Sasaki cringed, bringing her hand up to Ikari's. "H-Hey... Ease up a little, would ya?... Outside. I don't hear anything from outside." She said, pouting a little at what Ikari could have meant by when he asked if i was personal. What could that have even meant? "Should we check?" She asked, brushing her tail along the ground.

Ikari blushed again and strained his ears for the slightest noises, but heard nothing but the even sounds of their breathing. "My dad closed the portal," he muttered, more to himself than Sasaki. "And that would've muffled the sound, not killed it completely. We should." he nodded firmly and got off the bed, looking sternly at Ryzo while he shifted into a wolf. "Ryzo, shat here and just stay safe and quiet. Please." he looked his brother straight in the eyes, his body tense and rigid before he let loose a low growl or warning, though it was to no one personally

Ryzo nodded, slipping under the covers and curling under their warmth while Sasaki slipped from the bed as well, staking in her human form. "Let's go." She said quietly, lightly stepping to the door and pulling it open. She motioned for Ikari to go down before her as she slowly lowered the ladder, watching as Ryzo's lump under the covers slowly stopped.

With poise and grace, Ikari swiftly leaped down from the attic and landed silently on the floor below, crouching a bit so less noise would be made. His head darted around his room, blue eyes digesting everything he saw. Nothing was out of place, so he looked back up, jerking his head a little so Sasaki could see she could come down.

Sasaki leapt down as well, her feet silent. She then cautiously went to the window, the scent of blood hitting her nose. Her ears twitched, but she heard nothing... "Ikari, let's try to get to the gardens." She whispered suggestively, motioning for Ikari to follow her out the window. She was going to leap over the space between the ground and her bedroom window so she could get into there and grab some supplies, just in case. She swung the window of her bedroom opened and got inside, rolling to soften the blow. She then began to pack things into a rucksack. If she couldn't fight properly, the least she could do is help out with any wounds.

Ikari padded to the window and poised himself gracefully on the windowsill, looking like a porcelain gargoyle in the sun. The sickly sweet smell of blood also hit his nose, and he cringed, leaping silently off his window into Sasaki's room. Darting his eyes around, Ikari took in the room before making sure it was safe to follow. He did though, and walked straight up to Sasaki, standing protectively by her side, waiting for her to be done. He was itching to fight, ignoring his mother's warning about his shoulder completely.
