Procella smiled at Glactis menacingly. “I’m sorry, but I’m afraid you’re coming with us,” she said with a sweetness sugarcoated in venom. “Abiete! Spare that pathetic excuse of a wolf. We’re heading home. Come help us guard our new catch.”
Abiete lifted her head. “What about Umbra?” She asked. “I’ll call him now,” Procella replied. “It’s not like that beta of theirs can do anything anyway.” Procella then lifted her head and let out a long howl.
Somewhere in the distance, Umbra stopped and pricked his ears at the sound of his alpha’s howl. He howled in response before turning and sprinting back the way he came.
“Let’s go,” Procella growled, and turned to head back to the Blightwood Pack’s territory. Corvus and Abiete guarded Glactis on either side, while Procella took the lead. Umbra eventually caught up and guarded Glactis from behind.
