xxxsnezhnaya was snowing, the sun hadn't shone today. childe groaned. it was freezing outside.
he didn't stop, though. it was a life or death situation - move or you'll probably freeze to death.
childe looked up at the skies. snowflakes landed on his face as he shivered in the cold. he was
still moving. he looked back down at the snow crunching at his feet with every step he took.

xxxit was a normal, sunny day in liyue, unlike in snezhnaya. she walked around the beautiful place.
she came across quingce village, and just admired the place. liyue was a wonderful spot to
live in. ganyu just stood there, looking at the streams as the wind hit it, making it ripple
and turn into beautiful colours.

Rumors had drawn the Exorcist to his current location. Perhaps today is the day he'll finally get to witness what his family and ancestors have dealt with generations! He kept his hopes high, to a tolerable degree, whilst he wandered around aimlessly. Now that he thought about it, where exactly would he encounter a spirit here? It felt like he'd been round the peaceful, little village thrice already yet he was determined to check again. Although, he began to accept the fact that his overwhelming yang energy would've scared off any lingering souls by now. No matter. He'll just have to keep trying!

Wait-

His pastel eyes locked onto Ganyu's person. Are those horns? Could it be? He fought the wild emotions bubbling in his chest at the possibility of finally discovering the very thing he longed to find. Chongyun approached eagerly, only to find to his dismay that the Secretary was no what he thought she was. "Oh, you're not a spirit." He heaved a heavy sigh, a little disappointed at his error.

xxxshe looked at chongyun as she grinned. "spirit?" she asked, softly. "well, i'm sorry chongyun,
but i'm not one. what brings you here, though?" ganyu wondered, eyes locking with chongyun's pastel ones.
she sat down, and made a motion with her hands, calling down chongyun to sit down with her. "i would love
to hunt for spirits with you, if you don't mind," she said, jokingly.

Slowly, the exorcist shifted to sit beside the half-illuminated being. He rested his folded arms upon his raised knees, looking a bit forlorn. His gaze wandered from the secretary to the horizon, watching the water's surface and the flow of the waterfall particularly. Water helped clear his mind of the days unsuccessful outing. "It's fine, I came out here after hearing reports of a spirit. I had to check it out, so I travelled up and checked the village three times now. If there was a spirit here, it must've fled already..." His voice calm but gloomy was clear, accompanied by a brief sigh. Well, if anything he still has time to train and practice his thaumaturgy. "What about you? Did you come out here on duty or..?" He laughed sheepishly, rubbing the back of his head. He was curious, he barely saw Ganyu and if he had, it was whenever she was working. He stopped to ponder if she ever took breaks - not that he was much better. Every hour of everyday was an opportunity to train, practice and hunt. Still, he did take breaks to talk to friends regularly..Hmm..

"not really," she replied, "unless if you count wandering around and watching the streams being on duty."
ganyu chuckled softly.

xxxchilde kept on walking. he didn't know why he kept on walking in this "wonderland", but
he always was able to bear the cold, especially when it was in his homeland. when he breathed
out from his mouth, smoke came out like a dragon. it because freezing cold, and i mean it. he
sighed - wanting to be tough, but really he just wanted to get out of the cold - for once. but if
anyone saw him who wasn't a fatui, he would be running for his life.

Chongyun found that being around another cryo user aided his self control over his yang energy. It wasn't much but he felt relieved none the less at the familiarity of the cool temperature. "Not at all. Sorry, it's just that you're normally so busy." For a moment, the young male took a breath, calm and reserved again. "Does the water calm you also?" He lifted his head to examine the older one's expression, trying to determine the mood between them. If only he didn't have this mass of positive energy festering within him - it would be easier to understand people, phrases and recreational activities. Even if he couldn't properly understand certain things, he wouldn't pass by the opportunity to talk to the hard-working adeptus.

"Ah the snow is heavy~, if only there was someone to have a snowball fight with!" Upon bracing the snowy winds of Snezhnaya, the travelling bard giggled in a cheery tone to himself. The climate was far different to Mondstadt's tranquility but he took to it well - after all Dragonspine existed and he was no stranger to traversing that mountain of ever-present frost. Besides, if he's to call himself the best bard in all of Teyvat, he needs to be able to cater to every audience. He already knew the best places to go to capture a crowd, swiflty navigating around like the soft breeze fluttering around on a warm day. Shame. Snehznaya was always cloudy and gloomy in his opinion. Lyre in hand, his fingers glided over the strings, plucking each one with a gentle grace. His gradient eyes of azures slowly closed on his own : He didn't need to see to play the ballad perfectly. It was almost effortless for him. So many years had gone by now...Nostalgia.
