She felt her face heat up a little at the compliment "Thank you, I never really know when to quit, even if it leads to... This" she said as she gestured to both of them with a paw, feeling the water cling to her fur but not being too bothered by it, it was helping her cool down "At least we got a bath now I suppose, my owner can't complain about all the grass on my fur if it's gone... And the water isn't too bad, it's refreshing but not too cold" she pondered, the situation was kinda alright actually, it could've been much worse. Turning to Nesquik she slowly began to crack up and start laughing "I didn't take a good look at you until now, your fur is just as messy as mine! I guess I can technically call you soggy cereal" she playfully teased him, splashing a bit of water around.

Jasper nodded, he was willing to wait, no matter how much time it took... After all, he knew he'd totally win! Meanwhile his attention was focused on Nike "Miss Nike, can you also teach me something? I wanna learn how to balance a fry! Then I can be a bull with three horns, I'll look super scary!" he declared, tail wagging in excitement as he shifted from side to side. Lincoln took out four fries from the bag and placed them on Cupid's nails, making sure they were secure "There we go, one paw done! What do you think? You have claws like a bear, if you like them I can do it on your other paw" he spoke, eagerly anticipating a positive answer from the little pup.

Archie stared at the popsicle stick in his paw, he had only just remembered that it was there "I should probably throw this away, for as much as I want to chew it I probably shouldn't, my owner says I could accidentally break it" he said, getting up with a stretch.

Nike nods, “sure!” She says smiling. “First, try to balance it as long as you can, it will probably be only for a few seconds but at least it won’t be as terrible as when I first started” she says placing the fry on his head and lightly moving it with her paw. Cupid’s eyes lit up. “Thank you! yes please!” She says giving his other paw.

Shelby took a deep breath, she really was gonna say this wasn't she? "Yeah, I suppose... But don't take it the wrong way, you uh... You still look, as your dearest fans would say, handsome even in the state you're in" she spoke in a low tone, almost not wanting to be heard as she turned away bashfully "And how many times will I have to say that I'm not a squirrel? I don't have cheek pouches or a big fluffy tail" she said with a small pout.

Jasper look at the fry, trying to stay very, very still... It wasn't too long before it flopped down, his eyes tracked it as it landed on his nose. He quickly put it back on his head, but the result didn't end up being too different, he tried it again and this time it seemed like it stood still for a bit more... He smiled to himself, he was making some progress. Lincoln pat Cupid's head "I knew you'd like it! Alright, time to make your other paw as ferocious as the first one" he said, grabbing four extra fries and placing them on the pup's opposite paw, once he was done with that he nodded, he was pleased with his work "There we go, all done! You're the scariest one out of all of us, I shiver looking at those big claws" he spoke, feigning fear and shivering, just as he had mentioned.

Archie skipped over to the trash can, opening it up and placing the stick inside "I really don't like having to put things in the trash, it's so stinky and it's even worse since my nose is sensitive" he confessed, scrunching up his nose in mild disgust but toughing it out so Sunset can put her stick in too.

Shelby grinned "Awww, someone's getting all shyyyyy..." she teased, filled with delight at seeing Nesquik's blush and nudging his side a little "But I don't lie, as much as I previously wouldn't like to admit it, you're a pretty good looking wolfhound" she spoke truthfully, her tail wagging without her noticing it "Stubborn I can accept, annoying? That's only for you, it's a special package deal, and the last part? I can't deny it, maybe that's the one thing I can confidently say that I share with a squirrel" she chuckled before feeling her face heat up the more she thought about it "I didn't expect you to think that though, it means a lot more to me if it's you saying it so... Thanks" she said, slightly fidgeting with her paws.

Encouraged by Nike's words, Jasper felt his expression grow serious, a frown overtook his face as he placed the fry on his head. Concentration was key, he focused all of his attention on keeping it balanced, a couple seconds passed without it falling... And more time quickly went by without it dropping from his head, until it had reached a minute. Jasper quietly gasped so he did not disturb the equilibrium he reached "I did it! Look Miss Nike, I did it! I'm a three horned bull! he whisper-yelled, afraid the sound would somehow make the fry fall, staring at her with a wide, awestruck smile. Lincoln put both of his paws on his snout, making the best pained look he could muster while he let himself fall backwards "Oh no, my face! This bear is too powerful for me to defeat, what am I gonna do? I'm completely defenceless and at its mercy!" he called out dramatically, glancing at Cupid "What fate will you bestow upon this poor walrus, big forest bear?" he asked.

Archie sighed in relief, gently placing the lid down "Alright, that's thankfully over... What do we do now? Even if it's small, I think your house has a lot to offer, I can't even pick where I want to go next!" he said, his eyes skimming over everything, still trying to take in as much detail as he could.

Jasper raised his paws up in celebration "Thank you! Now I'm in my strongest form, I can easily defeat pops" he exclaimed as the fry fell down due to the harsh movement, turning to look at the other two dogs "Hey, guys! I wanna show you something! You done telling Cupid what you wanted to explain to him pops?" he called out to them, loud enough so that they could both hear. Lincoln chuckled "Your mercy is very much appreciated" thanking the pup, he gently pat his head before getting up when he heard his son speak "Yes I am, we'll go over there" he replied, motioning with his head for Cupid to follow him.

I may need to have a little nibble somewhere" she teased back, crouching down into a stalking position "When you least expect it I'll have a bite out of you, after all, squirrels are now officially the natural predators of cereal" she joked, inching closer to him.

Jasper sprung up when he saw the other two arrive to them "Ok so, you guys better prepare to be shocked, watch this!" he barked out, picking up the previously dropped fry and taking a few deep breaths so he was able to calm down enough to show off his new skill, doing the same routine he had done before successfully "Cool isn't it? I learned it all from Miss Nike and with this I can defeat you on our one on one pops!" he said smugly, challenging his father once more. Lincoln's eyebrows raised in surprise and he clapped at the little stunt "Good job champ! You've always been a quick learner" he praised him, chuckling at the second offer for a play fight "You may be able to defeat me... But you certainly ain't gonna be able to defeat him" he replied, pointing at Cupid who had his small fry claws.
