➪ callum likes to change up his persona when he is under the guise as ladybug (still thinking of a better name) he can act a bit cocky and definitely ups his personality, he can also get a bit show-offy but still gets the job done.
➪ he likes to wear sweatshirts and sweatpants, nothing fancy as he doesn't like to stand out in public. his costume represents that, it has a hood the he flicks up when he is patrolling. red with black accents and of course the signature polka dots - which he doesn't particularly like but puts up with it

➪ Brianna is a rather kind person and easy to get along with. As her alter ego Lady Noir, she’s calm under pressure, likes to show off in a fight, and occasionally makes cat puns. Also doesn’t mind being a distraction for akumas
➪ she likes to wear a red sweater and jeans with sneakers. She keeps her Dark brown hair up in pigtails when she isn’t fighting. She likes to stay alert as a civilian. Her dark brown eyes looking around for trouble. She always gets her Kwami some cheese before and after transforming. Plagg has a strange addiction to cheese Brianna will never understand

The sun crept through the blinds, the unwanted beams shining on the young adult’s forehead. Callum’s face twitched as he awoke from his pleasant rest. He groaned as he wasn’t ready to get out of bed nor did plan to at all. The tired face sat up and his frosty blue hair fell over his eyes, another dissatisfied grunt left him. He ran his hand through his hair in an attempt to keep it out of his face but his efforts were wasted, his hair did not want to stay put.
“I need to get a haircut…” He complained to himself. Callum lifted the covers off of his legs and swung them to the side, the sun blinding him somewhat. He sighed and stood up, sliding his hand underneath his shirt so he could scratch his stomach. In a sleepy daze he trudged his way along to the bathroom. He looked at himself in the mirror examining the bandaid on his face; an “injury” he had suffered from being an idiot while messing around with his friends. He didn’t mind it, however, he figured it made him look tough and perhaps unwanted people would leave him alone.

Callum grabbed a towel from the side of the counter and washed his face, then moved on to brushing his teeth. He had no plans for today as he usually never had plans. Once he was done in the bathroom, he felt more refreshed and awake. Callum made his way back to his bedroom and got changed. He threw on a light blue hoodie and gray sweatpants. He then made his way over to his desk and looked at a black pair of earrings that he had taken off before he had gone to bed. He didn’t like to sleep with them on as he found it uncomfortable. Callum put on his earrings and smiled once a creature popped out of them.
“Morning, Tikki.” He greeted his kwami with a small smile. The small ladybug like creature waved at him,
“Morning to you too, Callum.” She replied back, her tone was always sweet and it was somewhat soothing to the boy.

Tikki floated around before resting on top of Callum’s head,
“You want to cut your hair?” She asked, pulling some of it out of his face. Callum shrugged as his response, “I think it suits you just fine.”
“Ahh, you’re too nice, Tikki. I like it too, you know how I am. I’m not a morning person. Anything and everything annoys me when I first get up.” He replied back, grinning wider. Tikki laughed at his reply,
“That’s true.”
Callum reached to the top of head and gave her a pat with his finger. Callum always appreciated Tikki’s cheerfulness, she definitely kept his head up at times. He couldn’t help but feel like he was never quite up to par with her past holder but she would always reassure him regardless how bad the situation was.

Brianna sighed. She usually wasn’t the type to be up too early. Brianna knew Plagg was kind of lazy unless she gave him Camembert cheese. She never took her ring off. Brianna thought it was a cool ring. As soon as she put a plate with the cheese on her desk the kwami woke up at the smell. “Morning, Brianna!” Plagg said with a mouth full of cheese. “Well it’s not a bad day for a walk then…well I haven’t thought that far ahead.” Brianna chuckled as Plagg went to sit on her head. “Don’t you ever want to do something different besides pigtails?” He asked. “It does change when I transform. I lose the pigtails, get cute cat ears and a cool outfit. And my eyes look like a cat when I wear the mask. Anyway to answer your question, no I am not going to change how my hair is styled.” Brianna sighed.

“Let’s get going try to stay low. We don’t want to draw attention. That would be a cat-astrophe.” Brianna said as she left her house. Her red sweater hid any bruises she had gotten as her alter ego. She was a tough girl, although she didn’t brag about it. Brianna did go to the gym whenever her body didn’t ache from fighting evil. Plagg hid in her purse. It was mostly empty but Brianna didn’t mind the kwami hiding in it. They headed to the park where Brianna stopped and sat on a bench. After some time had passed she walked towards an ice cream shop and got two scoops of chocolate ice cream. “I really was hoping to transform but it seems fine out here.” Plagg said, when they were alone.

The nineteen year old let out an exasperated sigh, he was ready to crawl back into bed. Tikki could sense the boy’s tiredness and piped up,
“Why don’t we go on a walk? You still look like you need to wake up.” The kwami suggested.
“You say ‘we’ like you are going to be doing any walking.” He teased her. He wasn’t opposed to her suggestion as he remembered he needed to go to the store and pick up some things to feed Tikki. It surprised him how much she could eat for just a tiny little body. Though, it made sense considering she was the reason he had powers to begin with. He pushed hair out of his eyes and nodded slightly,
“I do need to grab some food for you, so I guess it’s a good idea.” He added on, agreeing to her idea.

Callum reached up and grabbed the kwami and placed her in the pocket of his hoodie. It definitely wasn’t the most secure place for him to hide her but it worked. Besides he barely took his hoodie off so chances of Tikki getting lost was very low.
“You think I should put my hair in a ponytail?” He jokingly asked and held his hair back with his hand. Stray strands fell to the side of his face. The kwami popped her head out of his pocket and laughed,
“People would recognize you as your alter ego too easily!” She vetoed. Whenever he transformed, his hair would get put into a ponytail tied with a red ribbon. He had considered changing up his civilian look because of it. He chuckled at his kwami and rubbed her head with his finger. Callum unplugged his phone and grabbed his wallet and slid them inside the pocket of his sweatpants. Soon he was out the door.

Callum stepped out of his house, he took in a large breath of fresh air and slowly released it. It was a nice day today, the sun was out and there was a slight breeze that carried throughout the day. He took a look at his phone and didn’t see any notifications from anyone, which was slightly disappointing but he didn’t mind it. He put his phone back in his pocket and headed toward the store. He took his time getting there as he was in no rush at all. He hoped that no one was feeling angry today as he really wanted time to relax. The akuma that attacked last night wore him out. It happened across town and he really wasn’t happy. Travelling on foot was not ideal, despite being able to run across the rooftops of Paris.

“Um Brianna. I just realized I should have told you before but you really need to shop. Last night after the attack when you offered me some cheese I noticed you are getting low on food. And since we are pals and all I seriously think you should go shopping. I can’t have my partner low on food.” Plagg whispered. “Yeah your right. Good thing I’ve got enough on me to pick up a few things at the store. And yes I will get more Camembert. But why do you always pick that cheese? Guess it’s just a personal favorite.” Brianna said with her phone to her ear so it looked like she was on the phone chatting with a friend and not talking to herself. She made her way to the store to pick up a few things and paid for her groceries.


Brianna kept hoping the day would stay nice and no akuma would appear. She had seen a lot of happy people so far. “I’m not the best cook but I’m sure whatever food I end up eating later will at least taste fine.” She mumbled. “You could always make spaghetti but I think it’s a meal meant for more than one person.” Plagg said. “Maybe you should invite some friends to hang out at your place. I’ll stay out of sight unless an akuma shows up.” He added. “Right invite a bunch of people over just for no reason. I’m fine on my own.” Brianna said. Plagg just sighed wishing the girl hung out with people from time to time.

Callum made his way down the street, he put his hands in his sweatshirt pocket as he walked. Everyso often he would pat Tikki on the head, He roamed down the street and into the store. Yawning, he scanned each isle for cookies and whatnot. Usually, he would order sweets from the local bakery but he wasn’t in the mood to travel far. Once he had finished picking out treats for Tikki and some for himself, he went up to the till to pay. Tikki rustled around in his pocket trying to see what he had bought for her. Callum reached into his pocket and pulled out his wallet, grabbing some cash and handing it to the cashier. He gave the cashier a soft smile as he awkwardly laughed at the cashier’s small talk. Callum was not the best at talking to strangers and it showed. He thanked the cashier and grabbed his bag of groceries. He swiftly exited the store and opened the bag of cookies and popped one into his mouth and then slid one into his pocket,
“Eat up.” He said with a small smile.

A loud crash was prevalent in the distance as screams echoed throughout town. Callum groaned knowing an akuma was attacking. He scanned the street to see if there was a secluded spot to transform. Callum sprinted into an alleyway, still gripping his bag of groceries.
“It can never be a calm day…” He said under his breath. Callum sighed as he set the plastic bag down and pulled Tikki out of his pocket,
“You ready?” He asked masking sure his kwani was good to go. Tikki nodded in response, “Alright. Tikki, spots on!” He said. The kwami flew into his right earring and it became red with black spots, of course resembling a ladybug.

Once he was fully turned into his alias, Beetle, he grabbed the grocery bag and threw his yo-yo on top of a building so he could grapple up. He surveyed the area and retracted the yo-yo and held it up so he could call ladynoir,
“Hey there. Gonna need some help with this akuma that’s causing havoc around town.” Beetle said leaving a voicemail. He ran closer to the akuma surveying in learning its powers as he awaited his partner’s arrival.

Brianna was interrupted from her thoughts again, this time by a pretty loud crash and screaming people. Running behind the store she smirked. “Plagg, claws out!” Brianna transformed into Lady Noir. She got beetles message and used her baton to traverse across rooftops Is it ridiculous for a hero to be carrying groceries? she thought as she kept a tight grip on the bag. She landed quietly and saw Beetle observing the akuma. “So what’s the plan? If you need me to get it’s attention I can definitely do that.” Lady Noir said.


Lady Noir had no idea where the akuma was but if she could distract this thing Beetle could get the job done. But even she knew they would have to wear it down with a fight. She knew she couldn’t use Cataclysm too soon. “Well watching this thing terrifying people just isn’t going to work. We need a plan. Fast.” She added. The cat heroine was itching to fight.

Beetle threw up a peace sign with his fingers,
“Yo.” He greeted Ladynoir. He watched as the unfortunate victim of hawkmoth went after innocent civilians on the street. Beetle hummed as he observed the villain, from what he could tell, every time the villain would touch someone with their left hand they would disappear. He scratched the back of his head awkwardly,
“Well, all I know is that we cannot be touched by them otherwise… Poof! You’re gone.” He explained rather excitedly. He couldn’t help but notice that the both of them were carrying groceries. Perhaps that would come in handy for later… Not that he particularly would want to sacrifice his groceries for an akuma but if the time came he would know what to do.
“I also noticed that there is at least a ten second window of when they can make people vanish, so that’s good. I say we aim for that window. I know it means putting more people at risk but it won’t be for long… Besides once the loser catches wind of us they’ll be distracted. Just, uh, be careful, yeah?” He advised Ladynoir.

Callum often wondered what hawkmoth would gain from merging the cat and ladybug miraculous… He knew a great sacrifice would be made in order for the desired wish to come true. So what wish was worth a sacrifice? He shook the thought from his head as he spoke once more,
“Oh and I think the Akuma is hiding in their necklace, so I think our best bet is to wait for our window and I’ll tie them up, yeah? Then you can cataclysm their necklace. If worse comes to worse I’ll just use my LC and see what bright idea I come up with next.” He said with a cheeky grin, LC standing for Lucky Charm, he was afraid of what would happen if he said it casually.

He watched as the akumatized victim yelled out hawkmoth’s demands. He couldn’t help but laugh at the name hawkmoth gave them.
“God he needs to work on his names… disappearer, really?” He joked and looked on as the akuma moved toward someone. Calling out for Beetle and Ladynoir once again. Once the akuma came into contact with a civilian Beetle nodded and jumped off the roof and in front of the villain.
