[i actually wrote a story for a fandom where a vampire and human were adopting. I friggin ship those two so hard. Anyway! I just said they found a place, maybe there was something in the newspaper, or one of them knew a person, and they went in and told them what they wanted and some kids were brought in for them to meet]
