Natayla felt the calming waves as well and relaxed. She let out a sigh of relief as everyone seemed to calm down as well. She finished up the rest of her food and was just about to get up as well when Haru jumped on her lap. “Well, looks like I’m stuck here now.” She joked, gently stroking the cats soft fur with her hand. She would stay there until the cat jumped down again, not wanting to disturb them.
Finally the cat jumped down and she got up as well, walking carefully as to not bump the cat on her way in. She retreated to her room and began cleaning herself up for bed in a couple minutes. She had almost forgotten about Avalon speaking with the cat so she rushed back down the stairs and sat down in one of the plush couches to wait for him to come and inform them of their talk together.
The Queen took in some deep breaths as the wave of calm washed over them. She had needed it as anxiety seemed to be building up within her chest as she spoke. “I apologize as well, and accept your apology.” She said, smiling softly over at the Jedi as she spoke. Everything was going to be just fine, and there wasn’t any tension hovering about them anymore. She still hadn’t found her appetite but ate a little more as that was good for her.
“Thank you for offering to clean Master Avalon.” Vila sails politely as she got up from the table. She walked back to her own room to change into some night robes before heading down to the hearth room, where she would receive the news about what Haru had told the Jedi Master.
