“Where the hell is that coming from? You really don’t need to say anything like that. A bar is just a job it’s not changing other people’s lives. I need the money to live myself and God forbid I’m selfish for wanting to live.” Rosalina said, flinching at the harsh words being thrown at her. You say that I’m selfish for simply working for the money to pay my rent and to pay for my food while you will sit here and watch people get killed. That simply isn’t right on your part, but I cannot force you to do anything different. If you want to think like that then I guess you can, I simply don’t care how you see me, but you have no right to talk about Millie like that. Just because someone has hurt you doesn’t mean every other human is just like that. She cares about others, and takes care of your brother to make sure he’s doing. How is that a crime? She was given the gift to be able to heal others, and because she’s using it you say that she’s selfish? And only doing it to make herself feel better? That is so out of line of you.” She said, rising to her feet and looking down at him angrily. “I don’t know how you brought money into all of this, because it isn’t about money here it’s about people’s lives.” She said shaking her head at him after she spoke. “Why should I accept the money? It’s not mine that I earned. Where do you want me to work hm?” She questioned before huffing and sitting down next to Millie.
Millie watched this whole thing quietly, what the hell was going on here. Where did this whole money and judgement come from. “Where is all of this coming from? We’re simply stating that we would help to save the world from death and destruction. How is that evil?” She questioned, furrowing her eyebrow at him. She sighed and rested her head in her hands and suddenly began to cry.
