Aurora was sure she would fall in love with the city also. How could she not anyway? Even she hadn't seen the whole thing, she still thought it was quite beautiful. " Yes, we are. It's going to be nice to be with you well you show me around. " She said, before kissing him on the lips again. Oh, what would have happened if she hadn't met the God of mischief? The hero probably would have been rather lonely and would have never had seen his home. However, it seemed like destiny had lured him to her. Like they were supposed to fall in love as Loki helped them. Honestly, she couldn't complain as Aurora very much loved him. Even Steve seemed to take a liking to the god which was good. The team could work well together and hopefully, everything would go well.

Nodding, Aurora was quite nervous that Loki was going to deal with the god himself. What if something happened? What if she was too late to save him? All these questions ran through her mind as she wanted to desperately help Loki, but she knew better. Honestly, she could also lose her life too and she didn't want Loki to suffer. " Alright, but be careful Loki. I don't want anything to happen to you. " She said. Even know Loki had said earlier that he would be fine, it didn't change the fact that Aurora was still worried that he could get hurt. " I do too, but we can only see if it will or not. " Aurora said, as she looked over at the other female. Then again, she was pretty good with reasoning with people, but this was a God, not a human wandering the streets.

The hero then followed after the group before coming to a stop when she saw the good. Man, he was huge which made her nerves start kicking in. Standing in front of him was definitely nerve-racking, but she had to do this. If she wanted to hopefully stop this god, she had to speak up to him. Looking at Loki, she knew this wasn't a good idea, but maybe standing face to face with him might work better. Removing his arm from around her, Aurora approached the God as she looked at him. " Look, you don't have to do this. I know what happened, but taking people's life isn't going to solve a thing. It will just make others scared of you, or even kill you. I know you better than that. I know deep down, you do have a heart, but you haven't found it yet. Let me help you, please. Just give me a chance. " She said, smiling under her helmet before holding her hand out to the god.

Steve nodded as he chuckled. Yes, it would be nice, but then he wouldn't have a full-time job of being an avenger. On the other hand, there was going to be trouble all the time no matter what. It's just how it went as no place would be perfect. Anger was just a normal feeling in everyone. Following after the ground, he then stopped next to the others. However, seeing Aurora approach the god made Steve's heart skip a beat. He wanted to grab her but knew better. Anyways, if something were to happen, Steve knew Loki would be on the movie first.

Loki frowned as Aurora stepped away from him, he didn’t like how close she was to the dangerous god. He felt his heart pounding inside of his chest as he watched her speak to Odr. He watched the god with a careful eye, trying his best to read the expression on his face. The god seemed to be pondering his choices here, calming down or dying. However in the end, his madness seemed to overtake him and he clearly didn’t make the right decision. Loki thankfully saw the anger and resilience appearing on the gods face and pulled Aurora back and to safety as the god swung at the place where the hero once stood. “I’m sorry, but we’re going to have to end his life. Right here, right now.” He said to the hero, kissing her deeply before running through the thick forestry, trying to keep out of the gods sight. Hopefully, the other four could keep the god distracted, allowing him to take care of the god once and for all.

Isabelle watched as the god began swinging with a shocked look on her face. Everything seemed to be going well, until now of course. She watched as the god practically doubled his size and let out a loud war cry. She dodged his blows as quickly as she could, lifting up the large rocks around her to throw at the god. However, she soon began to run out of things to throw, Loki needed to hurry up. She got distracted by looking around for something to throw, and got caught in the god’s fist. She screamed as he tightened his grip around her, she felt a bone in her left arm crack as he squeezed her as if she was a toy. She screamed louder, twisting around flailing around as she kicked at his hand.

Aurora watched Odar hoping that he would simply just listen to her words and that this would go rather easy. It would be nice too as they wouldn't have to destroy him. They could be on their way without having to fight this guy. Just when she thought her words had work, she felt Loki pull her back. Eyes widening, she didn't want to kill him, but she knew it had to be done. " But I-" She was cut off when Loki kissed her. It seemed to calm her down a bit as she kissed him back before pulling away. " I was hoping we wouldn't have to. " Aurora said as she looked away. There was definitely sadness in her voice as her words didn't matter to Odar at all.

Steve watched before his eyes widen when Odar had swung at Aurora. However, he didn't move forward as he knew Loki would step in. He watched as the god of mischief grab his love before taking off with her. Grumbling, it looked like they would be fighting him then which Cap didn't mind. He used to fight so it shouldn't be a problem. Eyes widening, he lunged at the god seeing that he had a hold of the female. Just by hearing her scream, Steve knew that Odar had injured her. However, he wasn't sure what injury she did have. " Let her go!" He yelled, before swinging his shield as Steve hoped it would hit Odar in the face. No way was he going to let Odar kill Isabelle.

“I know my love. His mind is too far gone, you did almost reach him for a second Aurora. Please be safe I don’t want you hurt. Everything is going to be okay, and you won’t kill him I will. So don’t even worry about that, but sometimes you have to do things you don’t want to do in order to save more people.” Loki told her, looking into her eyes as he spoke those sincere words. He heard the screams of Isabelle, that wasn’t good she needed to get out of there before he could do anything with the staff as he didn’t know if it would disintegrate someone in his grasp as well. “Get her out of there!” He yelled as he found a nice place to hide out before it was safe for him to attack the god. This wasn’t going well at all was it, but the Avengers always seemed to pull out on top in the end. But this time, he didn’t want any casualties as he knew it would break Steve. And on top of not wanting to loose anyone on this team, he didn’t want to deal with a Steve who was hurt and angry at the world again. He growled and began shooting energy beams at the god out of his own staff to try and get him to drop the girl. Finally, no matter whose efforts it was, his large hand opened and Isabelle was dropped to the ground. He winced as he watched her hit the ground, that wouldn’t be good. That was besides the point, she was safe.

Loki pulled out the staff of Odr and yelled out as he aimed for his heart and blasted out a bright purple beam, striking the god in the back. He watched as he fell backwards and jumped from the tree he was in to the one next to him as the god fell on the tree he was once in. He took in a deep breath as the gods body began turning to ashes. It was ashes to ashes and dust to dust after all. He climbed down the tree and ran to Aurora, wrapping his strong arms around her, thanking the heavens she wasn’t the one who was hurt. “Aurora, I know this is fast. But I need to tell you as I’ve realized that life doesn’t go on forever... I’m in love with you,” he said before pulling her into a deep kiss.

Isabelle screamed loudly and kept twisting around. It felt as if she was about to pop, her ribs could crack any second as the grip was tightened around her. Finally, she dropped down to the ground, even though the impact wasn’t much better. She whimpered as her arm hung limp next to her body and her knee felt out of place. She looked up at the god, teary-eyed and hurt. She had never felt such pain in her entire life. She clawed herself over to Steve so he could take her to safety before the god could have grabbed her up once again. She watched with wide eyes as the once mighty god fell, and then turned into dust.

It still hurt Aurora that he was going to be killed. Even now she wasn't going to be the one to kill him, it still made the hero quite upset even know there was nothing she could do about it. To her, it seemed like she had failed. Her words didn't affect him and because of that, it was her fault that the god was going to get killed. Sighing, she looked Loki's in the eyes as she nodded. Hearing the scream definitely made the female lookup. In horror, she saw Isabelle in the god's grasp, unable to free herself. No, this couldn't happen, not on Aurora's watch. Narrowing her eyes underneath her helmet, sparks came from the female's hands as she was about to run forward, but once Loki wrapped his arms around her. Doing the same back, the female held on as she didn't want to let go. " It's my fault for the other girl for getting hurt. If only I could have reasoned with h-. " She couldn't even finish her sentence as the god of Mischief kissed her once again. Closing her eyes, Aurora kissed him back as she continued to hold on to him. " I love you too, Loki. " She said as she snuggled against his chest as the female tried to hold her tears back. But it was no use as it was quite hard even holding her emotions in.

Steve stared in horror as the scream from the female-only made him mad. He desperately wanted Odar to drop her so they could return back to the tower. That way they could treat Isabella instead of taking her to a hospital. At the tower, they didn't have to worry about waiting or a very expensive bill. Narrowing his eyes, he watched as Loki struck Odar in the back causing the God to stumble. However, this was good as Odar had released Isabelle from his grasp. Once she was on the ground and then crawled over to him, Steve wasted no time rushing to her side. " We have to get back to the tower. That way we can see what injuries exactly are. " He said. Steve was no doctor so he had no idea how hurt she really was. One thing for sure, he knew it had to be serious for her to even scream out in pain like that.

“Darling it’s not your fault that she got hurt, things happen and she’s going to be okay. We have wonderful doctors back there and she’s not dying. You must understand that Odr had become mentally unstable, I don’t even think Freya could reason with him at this time. He was very messed up in the head, and just wanted to destroy everything beautiful. I’m just glad that we’re all making it out of this alive. Isabelle is going to be just fine and it was not your fault at all, trust me.” Loki told her as he held her close to his chest. “I do truly love you very much Aurora. You make me feel so happy it’s just such an amazing feeling. I want to spend the rest of our life together. I just hope we make it that far together as I do see a beautiful future with you.” She told her as he gently picked her up and into his arms. He began kissing her salty tears away as he carried her back to the car. “I’ll drive all of us back home, Aurora and I have some business to take care of once we get back to the tower so Steve you can drive to the hospital correct,” He questioned as he slid into the drivers seat. “I’ll be careful to not get us into a car accident okay.” He said to Isabelle, trying to make the situation a little less dark as he began driving back to the tower.

Isabelle winced as she nodded in response to Steve’s words. “Okay, thank you.” She managed to say as she curled up in a ball, obviously very distressed. Everything seemed to hurt and all she could do was pray that not too much was broken. She whimpered as she was taken back to the car and curled up in the back with her head on Steve’s lap. She looked up to him as she used her less hurt arm to wipe some of the tears off of her eyes. She leaned up as best she could and planted a soft kiss on his chin before closing her eyes to rest. “Yes be safe Loki. I don’t want my precious car being in the same shape as I am.” She joked, letting out a weak laugh as it hurt to even laugh. Jesus Christ the god had really messed her up this time.

Loki was certainly right, it wasn't the hero's fault at all. She had no control over what all happened, not one bit. The female had tried her best to reason with Odar, but in the end, it didn't work. At least she did try to and gave her a chance. Aurora had to be proud that she at least tried instead of having Loki kill him right away. She was just hoping that Isabella would pull through which she was sure the girl would. It wasn't like she had any major injuries anyways. Knowing Steve, Aurora very well knew that he would take good care of her and of course keep an eye on her. Smiling, Aurora nodded at his words as she buried her face in his chest. She felt the soft fabric against her face.

" And I do love you too very much, Loki. I never want to leave you at all. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I can see the two of us being together forever. " Aurora said, as she held onto him when Loki picked her up. Leaning her head against his chest, the hero closed her eyes as she was certainly exhausted. This past week had been so much for the female that she definitely needed to rest so her body could have energy. Once he set her down in the car, Aurora kept her eyes closed, but wasn't sleeping.

" Anything for my love. " Steve said, giving a smile to her. However, it was sort of a half-smile as he was so worried for the girl. She will pull through, Steve just had to think positive instead of negative. He knew they would be able to treat her as they had done to the other avengers who also were injured. Pulling the female close, he hugged Isabelle as he waited for them to get back to the tower. " You're going be just fine, I promise. " Steve said, trying to reassure her that everything will be okay. He then glanced over at Aurora who was sitting still. However, Steve knew she was still alive as she wasn't even hurt at all.

Loki smiled over at the hero besides him, they would go to Asgard but would sleep in the castle instead of doing the tasks he needed to do. As long as he was back in Asgard, everything was going to be just fine. He would carry her the whole way if he needed to, anything to make her comfortable. “Make sure you update us on Isabelle okay. She doesn’t look the best, but I know she is going to be alright. Just send us a text or something in a few hours or whenever you get news because both of us will be worried for her.” The god of mischief told Steve, smiling softly as he pulled into the Avengers tower. He immediately walked over to Aurora and carried her up, looking down at her lovingly. It made his heart almost burst as he remembered she said she saw a wonderful future with him as well. He had totally fallen for this girl, something that hadn’t happened in quite some time. He gently laid her down on the couch, he would discuss their plans for the rest of the day before they left. “I need to get back to Asgard before nightfall, but since I don’t have any tasks to do we’re just going to go to the castle and sleep for the rest of the day okay. It’s not too much of a walk but I will carry you for as long as I can.” He told her as he settled down onto the couch next to his love.

Isabelle sighed as she leaned against Steve with her eyes closed. Her breathing seemed to be quite shallow but she still felt very much alive as she could feel the pain every time the car seemed to be a bit too rough. “I know, it just hurts. I wish this hadn’t happened, first being possessed and now this.” She said, feeling a bit frustrated and upset that she was probably holding Steve back from doing other things. “You don’t have to stay at the hospital the whole time. You’re a very busy person so I totally understand. I will text you updates whenever I get them, or have someone do it for me if they don’t want me to.” She told him quietly as she watched the car pull into the Towers parking lot.

Aurora didn't mind that Loki was carrying her as she felt safe anyways with him. On the other note, she was indeed tired so walking by herself wasn't a good idea. Cuddling against him, the female smiled as she was glad that the two of them loved each other. Honestly, at first, she was too scared to tell him, but now, she could say I love you anytime to him without getting that nervous feeling. The hero wanted to spend the rest of her life with him. " Alright, I don't mind. " Aurora said before letting out a yawn. She didn't care where they went as long as she was with the god of Mischeif. Sleep also sounded so good right now as she definitely needed it. As Loki carried the female to the castle, she had already fallen asleep, snoring softly, but not loud where it would wake someone up. Her snore was rather cute, like a small kitten meowing in its sleep.

Steve looked over at Loki as he nodded. " Take good care of Aurora too. " He said, looking at the female in Loki's arms. Today they had destroyed the god, but in the end, Isabella managed to get hurt. Now, Steve's attention would be on here more than normal as he wanted to make sure she would heal. " I mean there's nothing you could do. I wish it didn't happen either, but you can't change what happened in the past." He said. Did he wish the god had listened to Aurora instead of trying to harm her? Of course, or else they wouldn't end up in this mess. The god should have just listened, but instead, he chose not too which resulted in his death. " I will stay with you as long as I can. " He said. He wanted to spend the whole day with her but knew the city still needed their Captain America.

Loki picked Aurora up into his strong arms and carried her through the portal and into the city of Asgard. He headed up the golden shining stairs into the large castle waiting for them. He wandered around the castle walls until he reached his room. He opened it up to the large suite, filled with antique artifacts and a large bed for them to spend their nights in. He laid the sleeping hero down onto the bed and kissed the top of her head sweetly. Everything she did was absolutely adorable, and the god of mischief knew his heart was in her hands. He carefully covered her up, making sure she was nice and snug before going to look through some papers that were there waiting for him. He looked over the papers carefully, he had some farms and other things to look over ever since his father had passed away. He did believe that it was his fault that his father that had passed so he did his best now to become the better person. After a while a loud yawn escaped from his lips, it was time for him to go to sleep. He placed his papers on the table and slid into bed behind Aurora. He wrapped his strong arms around her and held her close as he began to drift off as well.

“I know, I seem to dwell in the past quite a bit and wish that things were different. I really am just going to be glad that everyone else is doing just fine... Especially you, I would have been heartbroken if you got hurt.” Isabelle told her as she reached her unbroken arm out to hold onto his hand. “Thank you darling. I’m truly grateful to have any amount of time with you here. Thank you again my darling Captain America,” she purred as she watched some nurses come into the room to check her out. She soon began to feel better mentally and started chatting happily with the nurses and Steve as she was checked out.
