"Yes, let's do some training so you can become a better fighter like you want to." He put her down in front of him and stood up.

She kissed him back but shook her head. "You don't get it. They kept telling me it was a bad idea. That it was too dangerous. But I insisted, and then the hunters came out of nowhere. I'm responsible for their deaths."

"Alright! I'll do my best." She said and smiles but it soon faded as she said: "But like... what do I even train myself in fighting with?"

"Noemi, it's not something you can have yourself stuck on the entire time, mistakes happen, and you did what you thought was best for that moment, it was not your fault hunters came." He replied and stroked her cheek gently.

"Well, how about you try defending yourself first? I'll try attacking you." He suggested.

"It was my fault they came, though. Ariel knew there was a risk of them coming, but I told her not to worry so much and to just have fun and enjoy life. Because of me, she didn't ever get the chance to enjoy life. I brought their deaths upon them." She said.

Nathair just held her and sighs a bit while he said: "Life is cruel, sadly it's something none if us can change, you definitely didn't know there was hunters, you only wanted what is best and none of them would blame you for it."

"Alright we can try that then." She said and got herself ready.

"They're gone because of me. People say time is supposed to heal you. It's been years and I still have the same pain in here." She put her hand over her heart. "Why am I still hurting so much if time should've healed this wound?"

"Okay." He needed to practice his new power anyway. He lifted one of the boulders nearby, throwing it at her but making sure he had full control in case he needed to stop it from hitting her, he didn't want to hurt her.

"The pain doesn't heal off, you just get better at handling it... the pain only gets better to handle but never leaves, that much I know... but you should know, that whichever choice you choose, it sounds like those hunters were already coming for you all, if you went out or not I doubt you would have had a different fate." He sighs and just held her closer while resting his head on hers gently.

Stella watched the boulders coming towards her and quickly used the tree to help shield her from that, she then flies up and watched him carefully.

"No, we would've been safe staying with Jordan like they wanted to but I wanted to go, and Jordan refused to come along. The only reason I'm the sole survivor is because he saved me, but it was too late for him to rescue them all." She cried.

He looked up at her, wondering if her magic could overpower his and sending tree branches from all directions to hit her.

Nathair sighs and then said: "How do you know that for sure? If it was so safe why did you start running and not return there? Probably because in te end it wasn't as safe as you expected, don't blame yourself little cutie." He held her close to comfort her.

Stella saw the tree branches coming then quickly held out her arms and stopped them, he could manipulate anything with his mind yes but nature magic was hers so it would overpower his if it was something to do with plants.

"Because Jordan could protect us all, he did it all the time. If we stayed with him like they wanted to, they would still be alive. It wasn't the location that made it safe, it was Jordan's protection." She replied.

He saw her stop the branches, applying pressure to her chest and restricting her airway.

Nathair tilts his head saying: "Would he really have been able to protect all of you? He is one person needing to safe many... its impossible even for him."

Stella soon felt herself not being able to breath so just sinks down, unsure of how she would even protect herself against this, there was no way to defences against this at all... unless she could attack and get his attention away. Soon she used the tree to start attacking him and get his attention off stopping her from breathing.
